The only thing I did not like about the breakfast was the plates and cutlery - environmentally, not good. Washable plates and cutlery would have been better

Staff and room

Too far from restaurants. There is 1 that is close enough to walk but everything else is .5 miles or more one way. It would be nice if the hotel provided us with a list of restaurants that delivered and that are also reputable. Breakfast that morning was disappointing:juice machine was out , the sausage was so overcooked you needed a sawzall to cut it . Eggs were pulverized into tiny pieces you had to eat with a spoon. Coffee was ok. Too far from restaurants for those of us walking.

Very close to the airport. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, but should be earlier than 6:30 during the week and earlier than 7:00 am on weekends.

The cable TV (Direct TV) only had one cable news station and the was fake news CNN. Get Fox News or Newsmax for your non woke customers! I knocked two ratings point off for that since it seems to be deliberate. We stayed at two other hotels and both had Fox as well as CNN. I do think your desk clerks could be friendlier. I wouldn’t hurt them to smile. Stay out of your guest’s room if they haven’t requested service.

Room had sofa seating area. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was typical for the brand. Used the airport transfer in the morning, it was on time and had plenty of room for bags and passengers.

We had to wait for checkin as we had expected because we arrived early from our cruise ship. The lobby area didn't have enough comfortable seating for the group of us waiting to be comfortable for the 2 hour wait. We told the front desk we would be waiting in the lobby for our rooms but they insisted we provide a phone number. When they called, the phone call didn't come through to our cell phone so they gave our rooms to other guests instead of checking the lobby for us.

The receptionist at our arrival who has no sense of professionalism, is unpleasant with customers and when asked a question, prefers to finish highlighting elements on her sheet rather than answering customers in priority leaving them in an embarrassing position, fortunately one of her colleagues came to see us when she saw that her colleague did not even answer us! This totally spoils the image of the hotel.

The property was very eye catching and very clean. Staff was amazing and swift in getting you in your room.

Need wet floor signs for employees to place down when they mop because I slipped several times in the lobby area. Luckily I didn’t fall. Also was a bit disappointed when I arrived to my room because the bathroom was dusty, shower had dirt marks down wall, and we had to get maintenance to come to our room 2-3 times due to the toilet not flushing correctly. My partner and I had to wipe everything down and sanitize (AS WE SHOULD ALWAYS DO) before getting comfortable in room.

Minutes from airport, comfortable beds and desk and sofa provided space to relax. Good value for $ with a decent breakfast included and all day coffee and tea plus free parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

First room we were given had a totally blocked window with no light so had to ask to move. The bathroom had a bit if an odd smell but otherwise everything was good.

The breakfast was very good. Loved the room, at first I thought it was going to be noisy being so close to the elevator, but no problem. The staff was very friendly, we arrived well ahead of check in time and no problem, they had a room available and we were able to check in. Would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel.

Very close to the airport, less than a ten minute drive. Very clean, updated modern bathroom. Very comfortable, clean bed. Very spacious king room had an additional sitting area/alcove. All amenities in good working order- fridge, microwave, percolator etc. Convenient sockets for charging devices. Lots of cable stations in good working order on TV. If I'd forgotten any toiletries, the front desk was happy to assist. Food deliveries were done straight to my room when I ordered online. From my room the pool looked clean and well maintained. Overall, a very comfortable, restful stay. Covid protocols observed. I felt safe the entire time. Very good value for money!

The water pressure in the shower could have been better, but overall, the bathroom was super clean! No real complaint!

Decent sized room with 2 double beds enough for 3 of us to sleep comfortably. The breakfast was really good with hot, cold options and able to make waffle in the kitchen was great. We availed the drop off facility to Fort Lauderdale airport from the hotel which was pretty helpful. The staffs were polite helpful and process of check in and check out was easy

The rooms could have been refurbishedl like carpets, furnishing a worn out and look aged.
