Breakfast was very good - met expectations. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location. Had some nice restaurants close by.

Only problem is that we were told the rooms would not be cleaned during our stay, which was fine for a 2 day stay. We left the room with that expectation, but staff did come in and made up the room. The people at the desk apologized, but there's no excuse for going against your own policy. We left the room expecting no one to enter.

The cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general , what an excellent hotel ! Jacuzzi was clean and spotless and jets were clean . Paint looked great all over as well. Will be back !! Staff was great and very helpful! As i was staying with a 2 year old child.. The bed was extremely comfy and and there was plenty of room for a pack n play as well , I cant say enough great things about this hotel!! 😀😀😀

The oatmeal in the breakfast was not so great .

Location good...right off I 75 ... Close to restaurants / stores/ UTC Mall. Beds comfortable. Clean room. Beds decent except sofa bed. Nice breakfast included. Pretty nice outdoor hot tub/ pool area.

Pricey for a Comfort Inn I thought - almost $1000 for 3 nights for 2 double beds and a so-so mattress pull out bed Was all one big room, not a suite per se. Noisy talking late at night outside in parking lot - turned fan on to drown it out.

Awesome comfortable love the staff. We couldn't open the door. But right away someone came they also had a little trouble.but the job got done. Ask for towels and they brought it right away. Everything was AWESOME. Will be back. My grandsons LOVED the pool.

Everything was PERFECT

the room was clean. AC worked well, towels were clean and the bed was comfy. Front desk employees were polite and helpful.

The rooms were clean, but there was a musty/ mildew odor in both the room and the hall. it’s too bad they don’t just ditch the older carpet and put the plank tile throughout the room! There was a huge group of LOUD guests ( a kid’s sports team?) 25-30 of them gathered the lobby ( around 10-11p) Some of the older kids were throwing a football directly outside the hotel door. Not a soul there wore a mask ( including staff!) we opted to skip breakfast because of the huge group and their lack of masks .

The staff , manager and housekeepers have been amazing!!!! My AC broke down and they replaced it immediately I give this 5 stars ⭐️ for everything

Breakfast is limited… but they have egg that are are great but I wish they had more vegan options

The staff was very helpful and personable. The room was nice and I liked the fact that the bath had a fan to prevent a musty smell with drying towels etc.

The A/C did not seem to work well at all. We were often quite hot in the room despite having it on a very low setting.

It was a very good breakfast. The lady who worked the breakfast was very nice.

The fixtures in the bathroom had rust on them. The sink in our room 407 made a loud noise when you turned it on and there were small bugs in the bathroom. I think there might be a leak in the bathroom.

Breakfast was very good each morning - a real time and money saver! The Magic pancake maker was SO cool! The room was very nice... not cramped. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would never want a smoking room but as a smoker, i was pleased with the outdoor smoking area - chairs and tables with umbrellas!

Although the AC unit was working fine, the room was extremely damp. I guess it's a Florida thing since we have experienced this type of thing before. It would be nice to have extra hooks for wet towels but at least there was one. Some places don't have any hooks.

Room was very clean. Staff was nice. Facilities were excellent as well as the breakfast selection. Was very happy about our stay and look forward to coming back on our next vacation.

Nothing bad to say. All was good.
