Clean, smart, very comfortable, good food and drink options. I’ve stayed here a couple of times before and in Delhi near the centre it’s one of the best hotels. The staff are very helpful and always have good suggestions to help. The luggage store is very useful too if you are flying on somewhere else for a short trip then coming back to Delhi, leave your big luggage with the hotel ready for when you come back to Delhi.

Some of the food and drink can be a little expensive but this might just be because Delhi is changing, everything moves on. The hotel taxi although comfortable and air conditioned is also a little expensive.

The breakfast here is really good and the swimming pool is also nice. The hotel provided airport pick-up for us which was quite expensive but pleasant while we arrived late at Delhi Airport with little kids. We booked this hotel because we want some extra comfort then normal to acclimatize well during the first few days in India and this was a good choice.

Check-in could be more efficient, we spent about 30 minutes at the beginning of the night after a long trip. When checking out, we bought some sandwiches to eat during our trip to the next destination. We threw these away because they had dried out and they were no longer tasty. Cleaning was okay but for a hotel in this price range I would expect a higher standard. Calling from reception at 10 in the evening is not pleasant as our children were asleep and this woke them up. These are all minor points for us but still makes our rating together a little lower.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. It's an old building renovated with a mid-century modern feel but with a funky twist. The decor has a character and is a pleasant break from your run-of-the-mill routine hotels. The rooms are compact but very functional.

The front desk wasn't properly staffed. Both at the times of check-in and check-out, there was approx. 10-15 minutes of waiting because only one person was doing everything (paperwork as well as concierge duties). The very beautiful poolside area became unusable in the evening due to mosquitoes. The hotel staff tried to smoke 'em out but to no avail. The hotel should consider putting some large fans like some of the other establishments in Delhi do.

The staff are super friendly and helpful! The rooms are small but very comfortable, the bed and bedding feel of very high quality, and everything is very clean.

I love that there is a restaurant on site, but I must say, the prices feel exorbitant for the value of the food. While the breakfast buffet is perfect, the a la carte dining we have tried has been underwhelming at best. Flavour is missing, almost always, and the prices feel crazy high for what you are getting. The convenience of having a decent restaurant on site is worth it however. And nothing is terrible persay. Just, lacking. Otherwise, really, it’s a super great little hotel and we love to stay here when we’re in Delhi.

Very clean, lovely decor, good location and amazing staff in particular Sandeep in the restaurant, he could not do enough for us, a great guy. Others were brilliant too, Somdutt and Mani from the restaurant, Sonal on front desk was amazing, Vikash and Sunil in housekeeping were lovely and Sumit from the gym was also fab! These guys amongst others made our stay so welcoming. I would recommend to others for sure. The only negative for me was room size, they are very small. Luckily we only had 1 suitcase between us. We would’ve struggled for space if we had anymore. Such a shame because everything else was perfect.

Rooms were very small. The most disappointing thing was the room was advertised on booking.com with free airport transfer to be provided by booking.com. Once I booked and emailed transport at booking.com they responded saying there is no transfer included. I spent them a screen shot to prove what was advertised as included at time of booking, they responded saying that was an experiment by booking.com and not real. I have responded saying this is false advertising and should be made clear to the customer. I am waiting for a response from them, it’s been almost 2 weeks!!!

This is the best hotel experience we had in our 2 weeks in India. The staff is really welcoming and kind. Everything was a breeze from checkin to checkout. The room although not that big is very comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with Indian and international options. You can try many of local street food breakfast items, with the food safety of an hotel. I also liked the decor and style of the hotel, being both luxury but with a homestyle vibe. Location is perfect to explore Delhi.

We felt cigarette smoke in our room that came through the door openings, since someone was smoking in another room with their door open to the hallway (it happened for two nights). This is not the hotels fault though. India has really bad non-smoking policy in general everywhere (from airport to hotels).

Property is really nice and beautiful, the staff is super friendly and the services are good. The pool area is well maintained and clean temperature of the water was always perfect for a dip. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful. The dinner was always great, food is tasty with vegetarian and non vegetarian options, staff was super nice too. The breakfast was lovely plenty of choice and with cooking station that will make up fresh omelettes, pancakes Dosa and many other things. The only sad things is that the fruit juices never change and is always watermelon..would be nice to change it, and the croissants were always very dry and looked always old. The room is elegant and comfortable, great mattress, nice pillows, clean room, good A/C, the toiletries are not so good ( shampoo and shower gel are not separate) for a 4 star is unusual. The cafe at the shop is nice and handy. We were offered the opportunity to do a cooking class and I am so glad we did, it was so much fun .. I totally recommend it. The staff at the bar make lovely drinks and always nice and cold, really friendly people. The managers at this hotel are one of the best people we encounter in India so far. I would defiantly stay here again thank you so much for all the good times.

As I said before we loved here so just little details I would change is the toiletries to be shampoo and shower gel separate and had conditioner ( importante for ladies) The juices at breakfast to change as we stayed for 3 days would be nice, as watermelon doesn’t really make the best for fruit juice. And the quality of the croissants were always dry and hard even at 7:00 am when the breakfast starts. The only reasons they don’t get a 10. ☺️

If you are traveling to India for the first time and you are by yourself (like k was) I really suggest you stay at this hotel for the first days: not only because the hotel makes you feel at home, is a calm area and the service of food is nice. Also, this will help you integrate little by little to the Indian culture and experience your first days with a bit of relax after the long trip. This hotel, once you enter you even love the smell of it. The staff members were very kind to me, and very proactive resolving all my queries prior to my arrival and during my stay. The hotel and room was very clean. The room views were the best of my 2 weeks traveling around India.I was able to see the best sunset from the room with big windows and amazing views to the landscape of the city and monkeys in the rooftops of the houses. The hotel is located in a very quiet area of N.Delhi and is very quiet at night time for a proper sleep.Also close by 5-10 mins walking to the city center and the authentic hectic India that you may expect to see, which is very cool and full of nice vibes, markets in the street, people walking around and is just crossing the road once you leave the complex of the area of the hotel (very green and clean area with trees).

The air conditioning was very strong in the restaurant, specially for dinner time and you could not have dinner without wearing a coat, it was uncomfortable to be so cold at dinner time. A part from that, the hotel was amazing if you are arriving to India for the first time! The decoration of the hotel, the staff and the food was the best of my trip to India, if I have to compare with other hotels I stay at in different cities. The best for sure: the views from the room!!! Best sunsets ever!

We recently stayed here on a leisure trip. We were very pleased with the overall quality of the hotel. The room was clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff were courteous and attentive, making our stay feel very welcoming. Special mention to Abhinav Rustagi and his team for taking extra efforts in giving us a super culinary experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro station and restaurants. Overall, we had a pleasant stay!!

Room size was disappointing compared to the price paid. TV in the room can be upgraded to smart TV, while this is not a big thing tbh.

Location: Amazing Check-In: Amazing Room: Much better than what I thought it would be for the price. Good view of the stadium in my room type. Breakfast: Amazing Staff: Amazing. Each and every single one.

Bathroom: Needed better ventilation. You have to wait for some time to let the bathroom dry up before it can be used again. AC in December: It was cooling the room (in their blankets its ok for some time, but becomes uncomfortably cold within an hour). Needs good air circulation to prevent you from overheating with the AC off, and overcooling with AC on. Workaround is to switch off AC and not get cozy in the blanket.
