Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was clean and it takes less than 5 minutes to be at airport security. The included breakfast spread was plentiful! So many options and I was absolutely stuffed for the rest of the day. Excellent value all around.

My only complaint was the bathroom setup (one double bed, other bedroom types may differ). Bathroom has a two way door- it closes as expected to separate the bathroom from the bedroom, but also closes in the other direction to turn the toilet into a stall. Makes sense on paper so someone can use the sink while the toilet is occupied, however in practice it leads to the door getting into the way.

Very well located for the airport …just a five minute walk to the terminal. Despite closeness to airport, we were not disturbed by planes landing/taking off. The rooms were small but clean and functional for an overnight stay prior to departure. Price was very good and included breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful.

Would not recommend eating in the restaurant. Breakfast was fine but the evening meal was not good ..chips in particular were awful and tasted like reheats. Bar was very expensive.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. I met Nick on reception, Alison who I think worked in the kitchen and 2 lovely ladies servicing the rooms. Sorry I can't remember their name Breakfast was good with a range of healthy options. Range of electronic accessories available in the vending machine enabled me to buy essential cables and adapters that I needed for my phone. The bedroom which had twin beds provided me and my friend the opportunity to stay close to the airport at a very affordable rate. Proximity to Glasgow airport allowed me to walk to the terminal Parking was also priced at a very affordable rate.

Nothing I would have given a 10 but intuitively I always like to leave a bit of room for improvement.

Friendly staff, especially the Breakfast waitress’Alison.’ Recognising us from our stay, a week plus ago, with her charming smile & good hearty breakfast, making for a great day. I asked for the latest I had to/ could book out, having arrived quite late, the previous evening, was hoping for 13.00. That wasn’t possible, I was told I could stay until 12.00pm, however after 11.00am I couldn’t access my room & had to ask the ‘cleaning ladies’ to unlock my door !

For the price & access to Glasgow Airport, virtually no complaints. A large ‘regular’ Whisky cost over £10.00 ! And dinner, pie mash & id asked for baked beans (served at breakfast) but got peas, which I didn’t want. Nearly £18.00 seemed a lot.

Easy check in and a spacious quiet spotlessly clean room with a comfortable bed, great shower, fluffy towels and an iron, iron board and hairdryer in a shelving unit behind the mirror. Plentiful top up supplies of tea, coffee and milk from Reception. Loved the fact that they can offer various items free of charge if you've forgotten them, eg toothpaste, sewing kit, etc. Very handy. Staff were helpful and friendly, particularly the lass we chatted to at breakfast. Close proximity to the airport was great too. The pea and lemon bites on quinoa were yummy! Breakfast toast was excellent, tasty bread and bread was toasted to perfection on the machine (which usually is very hit and miss). Nice preserves.

Very expensive drinks and food! Why do these airport places always rip you off... Not cool! Evening meal got messed up. My wife wanted a starter as a mains together with a side. Instead, they brought it out first so that by the time my main arrived we ended up eating separately! We complained but weren't offered anything as a way of making amends, they just cancelled the side! Be warned, if you're on an early flight as we were (7am - so we ate at 430am) you will only get cereals, toast, bananas, apples, etc. I understand cooked breakfasts are available from 630am but obviously we couldn't wait. Felt it's a tad poor they can't provide muffins, breakfast pastries etc for an early breakfast. That doesn't involve any cooking...

Recently again, I just confirm the staff here is very pleasant, extremly helpful with all requests and information needed. Professional, but with human approach - very kind - all staff really great, but there was especially a lovely young Scottish girl/lady on both evening shifts at the restaurant, speaking very well Spanish and even some Catalan and uniquely willing to learn and succeed how to draft a proper pint of Italian and Spanish lager...which is a rear in this business across UK.

A little bit a mold on few groutings in between floor tiles in a shower, not a big deal. A bit of special chemical can fix it in minutes.

Excellent location. Couldn't be better. For an international airport, Glasgow is small. I got off the plane, picked up my bags, went through the (relatively small) multi-story car park across from the main entrance, crossed the road and there it is. Couldn't be closer, if you're walking. The Express city bus only takes 15 minutes, operates 24 hours (every 10 or 15 minutes between 06:30 & 23:00,less frequent in early hours). If you're driving, see other reviews. The room. Well designed, very clever use of space, the most important thing being the big comfy bed with great quality white sheets.

The breakfast was adequate, enough of the basics for an early departure for an 0800 flight, the reason I stayed here.

Room was for designed for guest using a wheelchair, therefor it was nice spacious. Including bathroom. Nice corner windows, very bright room. Comfortable to use as two days "trip-office". All staff I did meet thru the 2 days stay were pleasant, helpful and knowing what they are doing.

The hotel internet is set to work only with newest browsers on Mac comp. / the pop up page with password when entered is not reacting on enter / I did not want to update my OS because that and I used my phone hotspot thru my stay. Some grouting between shower floor tiles needs whitening other it looks moldy in some areas. Not big deal.

The food was seriously good, and the ambience of the bistro and the whole hotel in general was really relaxed and quiet. Helped a lot to destress during the stresses of travel! The room was incredibly cosy too, with a lot of complimentary gadgets and devices to make one's self at home with.

I do think that the system of ordering food at the bar was a little finicky, as I had to queue up behind people who were ordering lots of drinks just to put down my order for a burger. Having a separate system for ordering meals/food would be much better, especially as the food itself was shockingly good for the price!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, good quality breakfast. Great for a restful sleep after a long journey back from foreign climes. Also extremely handy for the motorway for onward travel the next morning.

Our plane back to Glasgow Airport was delayed so we arrived after the hotel restaurant closed at 2145. There were no other options for food other than crisps and chocolate. It would be good to have some sort of limited 24 hour room service for guests arriving late at night, even just sandwiches or something heated up in a microwave. Also it was difficult to drive to the hotel despite it being clearly visible. Glasgow Airport has a very convoluted road system which is currently made even more confusing by road works. Better signage would be helpful, particularly as it is unclear where exactly the entrance to the hotel car park is located.
