Hotel is perfect, with a nice price, staff are polite and kindness. Hotel is so cozy and warm with all facilities. Bed is perfect and bathroom has a nice size and commodities. I for sure stay there again.

Nothing to complain regardign the hotel and staff. Nonetheless, because the hotel price is good, some guests are noisy, talk loud and sometimes damage the quality of the hotel. Hope guests could be more educated during their stays in the future.

There's actually nothing I disliked, but I had liked a trash-can or something to put away the dishes. I prefer to rid the table myself. Of course, it wouldnt be an obligation for anyone. Just so you can have the choice. But its no big deal anyway. That didnt make me too unconfortable.

The room was nice and clean. The bed comfortable. Sadly I had to change my plans and instead of staying two nights I had to leave the next morning lost a little bit of money here but well I was worth it. The personnel was very nice and smiling even late at night at my check-in.

I guess the lack of space and tightness of parking spaces which makes very hard to park even for small cars

The receptionist ( Jeanelle ? ) was very helpful and welcoming , we didn’t expect to see anybody but her presence was very positive . Nothing was a problem , she really represents the hotel well , and good English

45 rooms , 10 parking spaces . Must do better

The room was clean and tidy and well laid out. The staff was very friendly and also helpful.

The hotel is outside the city centre had to take the bus all the time. The pool area needs maintenance .

Perfect little hotel close to city center to Aix-en Provence. Staff was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived past midnight. Rooms were clean and equiped with basic items we needed for our 2 night stay. Breakfast was delicious and with various of food items. A bit hard to find if its' your first time visiting the area, especially at night.

Room smelled a bit moldy or that had not been aired out, but we were so tried from walking and sigthseeing that it really didn't matter too much in the end.

Very very clean! They made our beds everyday and tidied the room and bathroom as well. The staff were friendly.

The hotel itself is quite old and could do with a refresh.

Small but nice swimming pool, good Wi-Fi and staff very nice. There is a nice park to run/walk nearby and the city is 20/30’ walk distance also served with buses . I think the location could be good also for teleworking from there.

Breakfast could be improved with some more fresh fruits .

Staff were very helpful and pleasant; clean rooms and lounge areas; 24/7 bar; good value for money.

Location wasn’t perfect although a taxi into town was only 5/10 minutes. However we knew this before arrival.

the hotel did not look very promising from the outside and common areas but the room was very clean and comfortable, the staff really helpful and the pool a lovely bonus in hot weather
