Reception excellent. The proprietor was very helpful with restaurant suggestions etc. The breakfast was very good, fresh squeezed orange juice local ham etc etc. Good coffee. Our room was quite small but with a good sized bed, very pleasant private terrace, lots of power outlets and very modern bathroom. It was perfect for our short stay.

Nothing regarding the hotel. Although in high season the public parking is likely to be fill up early and you need to be aware of market days which close all or part of this parking.

The main receptionist/manager was amazingly helpful and obligingly took me to the private parking location. He gave a personal briefing on the hotel, facilities, room equipment and the area, especially the best dining options in Albi. He was allowed us to stay in the car park beyond our booking out period so we could enjoy a visit to Albi cathedral the following morning - a site not to be missed.

The hotel is clearly a converted house without modern soundproofing and unfortunately we had a couple with a lady who had a particularly loud and high pitched voice, which carried through the adjoining wall until they went to sleep. Not a game changer, we would definitely go back, but this time with ear plugs.

This is a cozy family run hotel that is central in the city but on a relatively quiet street. The owner and his wife are amazing hosts and make it a real pleasure to stay here. They will go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have a nice stay in their town. The breakfast was indeed amazing as many of the other reviews state. It is only a few minutes walk from here to the old town and there are several restaurants and shops nearby. The owner can show you how to park for free very close to the hotel. I believe all of the rooms are a little different, but ours was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I would guess that's true for all of them. I highly recommend this hotel!

Be aware that like many hotels in Europe, you may have to carry your bags up a flight or two of stairs depending on where your rooms is located.

Delightfully quirky little hotel tucked away in a quiet corner just a short walk from the centre of Albi and all its fabulous attractions. From the first friendly, informative welcome to the last cheerful goodbye, the staff were fantastic. Our room was very comfortable and the lovely breakfast set us up perfectly for our day exploring Albi. We loved our stay and do not hesitate to recommend Les Pasteliers to Albi visitors.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. From the artworks and beautiful furniture to the friendly, helpful staff, it was great.

Perfect location just minutes walk to old city centre. Stayed for 2 nights. Loved my room, the bed is comfortable, great helpful staff, delicious breakfast with homemade jam and pastries. So much better than I expected for European style breakfast. I also asked for a quiet room and I was accommodated with my request. I’m really greatful for a pleasant stay. Definitely worth the money.

Loved this hotel. A real find. Lovely terrace with our room and another general terrace for evening drinks. Breakfast was fabulous with local produce and freshly squeezed orange juice. There was a local market a stone’s throw away on the Saturday. Staff were unbelievably helpful with advice around parking restaurant recommendations and help booking

A little far from the centre (just a few minutes) but we enjoyed the walk

Friendly and charming place with lots of character, thanks to a wonderful team and some cool artwork. We had a standard room, which was comfortable, had a great shower, and excellent soundproofing from the street. An easy walk to the centre and all the sites. We opted for breakfast one morning, which was also a good start to the day.

Nothing to complain about. Not my favourite bed ever, but nothing terrible.

Les Pasteliers is an amazing little hotel with fun and eclectic decor, a friendly staff eager to make guests comfortable and excellent rates. The breakfast was above average with homemade french toast and fresh squeezed juice. Rooms are quiet and very comfortable. The a/c cooled the room very well. The location makes it easy to walk to the historic center of Albi including the Talouse-Lautrec museum. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We parked on the street in front of the hotel (paid, but cheap) and there are two lots nearby (1 free). A very enjoyable stay.

spotlessly clean family run hotel with an artistic theme, located 10 minute walk from cathedral and museum, public parking a few steps away, choice of many restaurants nearby, great breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and everything else, room 204 very comfortable, great bed, small private terrace, beautifully modernized bathroom, selection of coffees and teas in room, comfortable and inviting lounge downstairs off reception. highly recommended.

This was our second visit this year and this time we brought friends with us. The hotel is so convenient for the Cathedral and the centre of town, with free parking very close by. It is very peaceful and the breakfast is excellent, with freshly squeezed orange juice and local jams. The staff are lovely, so helpful with tips about restaurants.
