Great location, breakfast was very good, room very small

A larger room, especially the shower - I could barely fit.

The location is very good - right next to the marina area and near the entrance to the old town. It's also within walking distance of the train station, so we did not need either a car or a taxi. The room and beds were very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Oh, and the hotel stored our luggage for us for 5 hours while we wandered around after checkout.

We loved our stay at this hotel and I personally don't have any dislikes about it. My husband's only issue might be that the bed was too soft. However, I prefer a soft bed and had no issue at all. So, I believe we cancel each other out. Win-win for Hotel La Villa Port d'Antibes!

Excellent location just a short distance from the marina. Convenient and easy walk to the train station and into the town. Despite my room overlooking the road, I was not disturbed by traffic noise and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is well presented and individually designed, and serves an excellent breakfast with plenty of options available, including lots of delicious local cheese. The light snacks and cocktails available in the lounge bar were also very good. It was lovely to have a room with a little balcony - hotel rooms with outside space, help me feel so much more relaxed. The heated towel rail in the shower room was a godsend when I arrived during a torrential rainstorm - so useful for drying damp shoes and clothing!

The pool area was smaller than I had anticipated and there is very little room for sunbathing. The proximity of the pool to the seating for the breakfast room feels a little exposed. However the pool area was not crowded during my stay and, given its town centre location, I appreciate that the hotel can only work with the limited space available.

Location excellent for us - short walk to the rail and bus stations and similarly to the old town in the other direction. Hotel has a very nice lounge and bar area. We had a lovely massage in the (small) spa. Nice to have the pool and sunbathing area and our balcony was also a plus. Quiet area at night which was one of the reasons we chose it. Staff were always available and professional.

The room and bathroom were both quite small for two people - I was travelling with my daughter and we stayed 5 nights. Not enough coathangers and very sparing refills of tea bags. Soundproofing between rooms seemed poor as we could hear what our neighbours were saying - and any children - when the adjoining room was occupied.

We had a free upgrade for our romantic trip and it was highly appreciated. The Hotel is clean, very pleasant reception and Staff, the location is good, very close ( walking distance ) to the train station and to the movida street

The room was on the street side and it was noisy. The Spa facilities are not free anymore ( 2 years ago it was included in the room price but now you have to pay for it :( - pitty - at least one sesion should be free I believe. The room was spatious but ve had a bad sleep - as the pillows were not comfortable - the Hotel needs to invest in some new pillows maybe

I loved everything about this fantastic boutique hotel. From the 1st welcoming smile at reception checking in to the final goodbye at the end of our stay. The hotel was perfect ideally positioned for enjoying Antibes and also close to the Bus and Train Stations to explore further a field in the Cotes D'Azure region. The Hotel staff were exceptional all really friendly and helpful. We were welcomed every morning by the fantastic breakfast team in a lovely relaxing place with every choice you good possible wish for. Our hotel room was immaculate very spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower and toilet area was superb. I would go as far as saying this was one of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in. Thankyou Hotel la Villa Port d'Antibes for making our stay perfect.

There was nothing I didn't like other than having to leave at the end of our stay everything was perfect.

I stayed here with a group of friends who were in Antibes for four days' tennis. We really loved the hotel; good-sized rooms, everything really clean, staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. We hadn't paid for breakfast in advance but ended up choosing to pay for it every day. Spa facilities were also great - the pool is small but it's nice to be able to dip into it on a hot day and the steam room and massage options are really nice. Hotel also has a very nice lounge and bar on the ground floor; we had some civilised cocktails there before heading out for dinner. Location is fantastic; 5 minute walk to the station on one side and the old town on the other.

The sauna/hammam is done on a booking basis and it is quite often booked, which is slightly annoying as it has room for more than have normally reserved it. It also closes fairly early. But you just have to be organised about it - or get lucky. The fact that that's the only gripe we had about this place says it all - overall it's great!

Great location overlooking the old port, and just a few minutes walk to old town Antibes. Nice bohemian vibe in hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff, particularly the breakfast ladies. Good buffet breakfast with many options and a pleasant indoor/outdoor room to dine in. Wonderful view of the port from the charming balcony of our room.

Only criticism is the bathroom, which was small and tight. Shower was nice but sink is very narrow and hard to use properly, toilet is squeezed in so tight that your arms hit the toilet paper holder and the sink cabinet when you're on it. Better space planning here would have gone a long way.

The hotel is very modern and stylish. The decor is wonderful and the scent as you walk in the door is a lovely touch. The room was extremely spacious and we also had a small balcony overlooking the small swimming pool. We didn’t use the spa facilities as we only stayed one night but from a quick glance they looked very good and professional.

Our shower had extremely bad pressure and at moments there was only a trickle of water coming out of the shower head. This was quite disappointing as it looked like it would have been a great shower otherwise. Also the bathroom door was difficult to lock at times as it is a sliding door and therefore would not always latch to lock it.

We were visiting our son who is doing a study abroad and wanted to stay just a couple blocks from his flat. This area was so walkable and nice! We received a list of recommended restaurants from the staff and appreciated that they had them split out by category so we could review the one we were looking for. We had a triple room, so our younger son could stay with us and it was plenty comfortable, especially since they had the bed already made up and ready when we arrived. We had a balcony with a view of the marina - and even the Alps in the background - to the right. Beds were comfy and they were great to provide us with extra pillows when we asked. The bathroom was small, but had a makeup mirror which I always appreciate! The best part was the value was great!! Was happy that they had a breakfast buffet option (seemed like a steal for 22 euro), so we could fuel up before touring. My husband loved having a bar at the hotel as well!

It was an expensive Uber ride to Nice. We were caught in traffic a few times and it took us over 45 minutes to get there. Stay here if you plan on visiting Antibes, but not really to use as a base for other cities.
