Lovely complex with nice, peaceful pool area (no bars or loud music thankfully!). Located very close to train station and old town, as well as beach, shops etc. Apartment itself was well equipped with all we needed, including a good range of kitchen equipment. Comfortable sofa and outside area for sitting out for a meal or drink. Air conditioning worked well and was a life-saver at night time.

Our only complaint was that there was not sufficient toilet roll and bin bags to last for the duration of our stay. Only a little bar of soap was provided for washing. So we had to go to the shop to buy toilet roll, bin bags and shower gel. Considering how inexpensive these items are and considering what we paid for our accommodation, we felt that they should have been provided.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist, the room was ready ahead of time, there was a washing machine in the building (including detergent) for 5 euros. In addition, there were several pools for different ages, the room was big and the hotel itself is in an excellent location, just 3 minutes from a boulevard of shops, supermarket and bakeries.

A shelf in the fridge was a bit broken...they couldn't fix it so they brought us a new fridge to the room (amazing!)

Location for us was good as near station, old Antibes, beaches, fort & museums . Property had everything we needed, good balcony with view of pool and also harbour and mountains beyond,

Reception only open limited hours though very helpful & did have easy access luggage store (but this wasn’t managed by staff- self service)

The apartment was so big and clean. The kitchen facilities were fantastic. It was so great to have the space for our 10 night stay. The location we also perfect, we were right in the centre of everything!

It was a bit expensive but we did book late. It was also worth it I would say.

All the laddies at the office were super polite and helpful. Impeccable view from my room, amazing lighting in the bathroom, super comfortable coaches, lovely outdoor seating, stunning garden surrounding the buildings, very comfortable bed and pillows and heating.

The only thing I didn’t like was the super long cycle on the dryer machine in the laundry. Waiting 1h30min for the cycle and the clothes still being wet was a struggle but overall I had a wonderful stay.

The pools were amazing. Wonderful balcony, with room to eat. Location just a few minutes walk from the restaurants, galleries, and also close to the train station.

Air conditioner could have been stronger - even at its strongest the room was still 23-24 C. WiFi costs extra.

Very good location, near city center and beach excellent for snorkeling and swimming. Pool was good. Staff was really nice and helpful. Well equipped apartment.

Cleaning might be more thorough. Upper pool was not so compelling due to birds' 'dirt'. Mosquitos are frequent (but it is for the whole region) - mosquito net would be recommended.

Grubby. The floors weren't clean and the bathroom had hairs in the shower and on the toilet. The bathroom door had dirty marks on. The reception times weren't very convenient for our stay & had to have our luggage with us prior to check in and after check out as the reception wasn't manned between certain hours. Thought check in was a bit late.

Location is perfect. Apartment is very spacious. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Apartment could do with some updating to freshen it up and the pool area could also do with the same.
