Great value hotel, very nicely appointed with a good bathroom and separate toilet. The breakfast was very nice including excellent coffee and bread and fresh orange juice. Paid parking is available right behind the hotel but we parked for free just along the road at a public car park. It is a very short 5-10 minute walk to the Grand Place. The personel were very friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

We found it rather warm during the night as we couldn’t work out how to adjust the air conditioning. Windows could be opened for fresh air but this wasn’t an ideal solution as the hotel is on a main road which can get a little noisy from time to time up till about midnight (apart from that it was very quiet indeed though).

We arrived with no prior knowledge of Arras nor the hotel. It didn’t help that we viewed this as a one night stopover on a long drive to Switzerland. If anything the last time I stayed at an Ibis it was very stark, almost clinical, in feel. This was quite the opposite. We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff at reception. The whole reception and bar area lives up to if not exceeds the impression from the photos. The rooms are very clean and comfy and larger than we’d expected. Breakfast was just what we needed, some fruit, bit of eggs and bacon and fresh bread. Location was great. A 5-10 minute pleasant stroll and you’re in the heart of Arras where we found a buzzing atmosphere and a good restaurant where we enjoyed dining Alfresco. Hotel and the city worth taking in for a night or two and superb place to base yourself if you’re planning on visiting the WW1 memorials which are numerous in the region.

nice new hotel staff are an asset to the hotel very nice. however the outside view is a building site im sure that will change in the near future. in general a good hotel for the money and breakfast was great.

the room was very dark i don't know why hotels insist on using dark colors with very poor lighting it makes them dark and dingy (a word of advice if you must use low powered LED lights have a lighter color scheme) the pillows were awful bot me and my wife had stiff necks in the morning.

Very good accommodation on the outskirts of Arras but within easy walking distance of the centre. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. There was a very good selection of food for breakfast. There is also a very good Patisserie next to the hotel for fresh pastries, baguettes and croissants.

The hotel is next to a busy road so not ideal but you don't hear any traffic noise from within the hotel. This also means that it's relatively easy to get to.

The hotel has stylish design which is quite attractive and it affects not just the entrance and lobby but all corridors and rooms. The room was very quiet, spacious enough for a two people staying. The separate toilet and shower room helps the utilisation of the two facilities by two people at once. I appreciated the rich and abundant breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel is a few hundred metres from the main square of Arras which was our main attraction for the Christmas Markets. There is a large free car park at about 100 metres from the hotel so parking was not an issue, even on busy days.

One of the employees could not understand basic English in a moment when I needed to explain something important about the room; she got also irritated about not understanding. My French is too basic to explain what happened so there was an unpleasant short moment in the staying.

We stayed 3 nights. Hotel is nice, loclized 10 min walking from grand place and has nice design. Room are clean, bed comfy. We were facing the boulevard but noise insulation was very good. Parking in back for 10 euros per night but during week end, the public parking at 100 m has plenty of spaces Breakfast included and very good with everything needed, including a fresh orange juice fountain Did not try the rooftop with bar and restaurant Very good value hotel. Highly recommended. Will go back.

Easy to locate in Central Arras. It is a modern and well appointed hotel with good facilities. The bedroom was rather dark with a very sombre decor and a really miserable photo of two disgruntled men over the bed. Not to our taste! The breakfast was varied and enjoyable. There is a decent carpark by the hotel.

Modern, well though out hotel within 5 minutes walk of the city centre. Welcoming, friendly professional staff. Decent car park at the rear of the building. Movie themed bedroom, smallish, but very clean and comfortable. Bar & restaurant, although we didn’t use them. Nice breakfast with exceptional serving staff who clearly enjoy their job.

No coffee making in the room. Only towels for one, so I had to go in search (but was helped by the friendly night receptionist). We accidentally rode down in the service lift. We panicked as we couldn’t find a way out for 10 minutes or so & the lift would not move as we didn’t have the right cards. It did say on our floor outside the lift, but in French. Perhaps it should say in English too to avoid a stupid Englishman getting lost in the bowels of the hotel!

Lovely decor, modern stylish reception area. Staff very helpful. The bedrooms are apparently all different. Our bedroom had a comfy double bed with tv and WiFi , air conditioning. Small bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin and hairdryer. Good selection of food for breakfast. We visited the Arras Christmas market during our stay, great place to explore. Parking in secure car park behind the hotel.

This is a new hotel, very well equipped and a great spot for an overnight stay. Everything you want and only ten minutes walk into town for lots of bars and restaurants.

Since our last stay a new bar/restaurant has opened on the roof level - we went up for a drink but staff not fully trained yet and we felt it was all a bit pretentious ....... furniture was style over comfort. Building site next door started work very early in the morning. Not a problem for us as we needed an early start, but some guests might not like it.
