pleasant hotel. basic amenities and nice modern rooms. nice toiletries and bathrooms

parking needed to be better signposted. online it says parking is free but you do have to pay $11 per night. noisy road outside and inky single glazed windows

The room was a good size, nice decor, comfortable bed. We had a view towards the Beffroi from our window and we appreciated the complimentary soft drinks in the room. The hotel was easy to find and is situated above a large public car park. It is a short walk into the old town centre. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, which was very good and excellent value and we found the breakfast buffet very good also. Staff were all very good - both efficient and welcoming.

The service at dinner was a little hit and miss (possibly new young members of staff) but more a more experienced member of staff quickly corrected any omissions.

Everything was wonderful. The room was perfect, a lovely size. Breakfast was the usual continental with plenty of variety. Location was perfect within walking distance from The Arras Memorial and the Tunnels at Carrieres Wellington an emotional experience and well worth a visit. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the squares

Only one thing that could have improved the room and that would be a large mirror over the table rather than the three tiny ones on the wall by the bed which would appear to be for decoration rather than a practical reason

Convenient location, restaurant meals still being served at 9pm on a Sunday evening. Clean room. Refrigerated soft drinks available. coffee maker in room. excellent showering and toilet facilities. Parking was extra but convenient with lift up to hotel from undergrd carpark. Friendly very polite staff.

Monday morning breakfast was satisfactory. We weren’t shown the hot food containers, ate croissants etc but wd have liked a cooked breakfast. When we did look eggs had run out but it was too late to ask for more, as we’d just eaten. Possibly clearer instructions needed re heating in our hotel room itself.

This Hotel is unbelievably situated for the Train Station, the Wellington Tunnels, the Town Hall and Grand Place & Place del'Heros including the Abbey of St.Vaast. Its service is superb and friendly, I and my family last used his hotel in 2017 and of course 2022. I would book direct if the Web Site didn't ask for my City to be written in LATIN, this is not the Hotels fault but the Hotels' administrators. It is an Excellent hotel.

Improve the Web Site, I am a member of the ACCORD Group but could not book through the ACCORD Web. Site because of LATIN, my village is spelt the same in English as in LATIN

A modern, clean hotel with friendly staff. A good restaurant and bar service. Nicely decorated throughout. Easy location to reach the main squares~ all in walking distance. Parking available beneath the hotel.

Granted it was very mild for the end of Oct, but the hotel felt too warm- despite having air con in the room it was set to ‘heat only’ so had to resort to leaving the bedroom window open. We switched off the air con heater, but still felt too warm. Outside was very noisy due to the external air con units. I noticed some people looking too hot in the restaurant too. No towel rail next to the sink for a hand towel so hung it on the hairdryer!

Great location. Easy parking. Staff - reception, bar and restaurant were friendly, helpful and efficient. Room was large, and as a family with two children the two single beds within the sofa bed were a bonus a what a great idea! Decor was cool throughout and having a table tennis table was the icing on the cake! We don’t normally eat in a hotel restaurant, but this looked good so we did and we weren’t disappointed! Lovely meal and wine and everyone was very happy!

Couldn’t fault it

The hotel is situated in a good place - close to the main squere, with parking just beneath it. Room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed. Shower equipted with body lotion, and additional hygene products. Intrerior of the hotel is up to date, so overall we had a nice stay.

The breakfast lacked fresh veggies, fruit, vegetarian options. But other people were happy with breakfast options. Sweet, high-carb breakfast four days in row is just not my thing. Our room was facing a street, so during the day it got a little noisy if the window was open. But room had real powerful airco, so we managed.

The hotel was very clean and centrally situated without any city centre noise. Having your room serviced and returning at the end of the day to see made beds, fresh water and soap etc makes a difference to how you view the hotel. The buffet breakfast offering was huge. Plenty of choices to suit fussy teenagers as well as hungry parents. There were pancakes, fresh pastries, bread as well as those little french sausages that taste divine and of course the fresh OJ. Great value for money as it feels like a treat to stay here but not overly expensive. The bar was comfortable, equipped with some great board games and a TV. There was also a table football which the kids enjoyed. We ate in the hotel one evening and it was superb. Saw some people with a dog so family / dog friendly. Staff were great at letting me try my French on them which I've been practicing on Duolingo!

Perhaps place a wall mirror over the table in the bedrooms as there was no where to tong/curl my hair. The long dress mirror in the doorway area did not have a socket close by and the bathroom had a fitted hairdryer so no extra sockets.

Everything! The hotel was very welcoming. It has a peaceful, calm feeling, despite being very well situated for a walk into central Arras. We found the parking easy, loved the room facilities, the table tennis and chess in the lobby was a big hit for our son and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, with very friendly and helpful staff, that easily accommodated my gluten free needs. Highly recommend this hotel.
