small hotel right on a key square so good location/convenient. windows are double glazed so noise on street didn't penetrate room too much. they were kindly willing to store our bags after checkout and before we left town. room clean, just big enough. didn't eat breakfast there - and liked that we had freedom to eat elsewhere

no way to get luggage to the hotel or for anyone to help you with it, so you need to park at Palais des Papes then drag luggage a couple blocks to hotel (similar for most hotels there) - would be nice to have someone there to help. you do get slightly reduce parking payment via the hotel. felt lucky to have checked in when we did; right after saw a large group come to check in and each couple had to check in one by one - we would have had to stand in line for well over 30 mins if we'd been a bit later

This is a small hotel in the old city of Avignon close to every monument in town. Our room was small, it only had a full size bed but it was equipped to make our stay very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, everything was fresh and plentiful. The only problem was the absence of a small safe in the room.

The property is not accessible by car. One needs to park the car and walk with the luggage to the hotel. The parking is not far away but all streets are made of cobblestones and having big luggage makes it a bit difficult.

The location is perfect, probably the closest to the Palace des Papes, but also conveniently close to all major attractions. It is just a simple overnight stay kind of hotel (it does not want to be more and it doesn't need it). Very easy to checkin and out. The room is clean and quiet.

There are two blue lights next to the bed that cannot be turned off. The pillows are rather small. When selecting the room type there were many photos for the same type of room, we got one that was not that nice in terms of layout and colors and was a little dark. Nonetheless the price is fair for what you get, given the location, so I think it is a good value for money.

Hotel 3 étoiles, parfaitement situé sur la place de l'Horloge a few meters from the palace of the pope. Hence very central. In an area covered with restaurants (most of them are common or not very good). Very quiet room as requested, behing. Not a noise. Breakfast is fine, the room clean and the bed comfortable. Small convenient bathroom. The staff is nice. What else.?

Nothing really important. The elevator is a bit slow :) The carpet is a bit out of age (nobody covers floors with carpet these days).

The location was very nice at the heart of the city, close to Palais des Papes, the congress center, and other city attractions. A lot of good restaurants were around the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and quiet.

This is a minor point, but the pre-check-in and post-check-out luggage storage room was very easily accessible to the public, and the exiting luggage was not labeled or checked. It was a bit concerning to leave the luggage there, as other people could have gone and taken it by mistake.

Certainly not the fanciest hotel in town, but very clean and provided excellent value and a perfect location right in the heart of the action. The morning breakfast was nice and all the staff was very pleasant. We really enjoyed the stay.

no fault of the hotel at all, make sure you know that the City Center is locked up to traffic for certain hours every day, making it a little bit of a challenge getting luggage to and from the hotel if you need to during those hours. Not impossible, just a bit of an inconvenience if you have alot of luggage. There is also no in-rooms safe to secure any valuables, they should add those to the rooms.

The hotel location was great. Short walk from train station, yet in the heart of the historic center, on a lovely plaza. We were pleasantly surprised by the view from our room which overlooked the plaza. The room was a little tight, kind of wedge-shaped, but well-laid out and adequate space. Nice bathroom. Nice breakfast room. Very good value for the location. When you walk out of the hotel you are right where you want to be! A short walk to all the sights. Avignon has a lot of fun little cobblestone streets to explore. We wish we could had stayed here a bit longer but our schedule didn't allow.

Really great hotel, perfect location, only a little noise from adjacent room, but I was internal facing room so can't comment on those facing main square. The air con was superb in 38 degree heat. Expresso machine in room Breakfast was fantastic and staff very helpful. Would very happily stay here again.

Nothing really. Okay rooms weren't the most exciting looks wise but who cares, with so much to see around Avignon I didn't want to spend time in the hotel.

This hotel is in a great location overlooking the square with lots of restuarants nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms clean and nicely furnished. Very communicative before our stay and helped us with car parking, arrival/check in times etc. It's a nice base to explore Avignon, and good value for a very central location.

As you might expect with the location, rooms are a little on the small side, but not a problem for a couple or short stay.

Location on the main square was exceptional, near to everything and lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Front desk (Graciella in particular very helpful in making a restaurant reservation) all were friendly and attentive. Very clean, housekeeping very good and appreciated the resupply on coffee and tea in the room.

Wifi was spotty and didn't work a lot. Steps down when you get off the lift and one more step down inside the room could be a problem for some.
