Very nice hotel in a quiet village - very peaceful after a long day of driving. Good access to the motorway. Staff were very kind and helpful and the food was excellent! My room was clean and comfortable, and very quiet.

Minor things - the restaurant closed at 8.30 which is a bit earlier than I am used to. However once I had ordered there was absolutely no rush to leave the restaurant and I ate a rather delicious meal at leisure. My other minor niggle was the shower - it was placed in the bath and with advancing years I find myself a little unsteady sometimes when I have to climb over the edge of the bath. But these were minor issues in what was otherwise a very pleasant stay.

The availability of the staff was great! I booked while I was in Switzerland, so the booking arrived too late to the hotel. However they managed to welcome me and give me a room. They were so kind! The hotel itself is really nice. Very close to the highway. There is also a small spa inside that looks really nice. We were in a hurry, so we hadn't the chance to try it. Next time I hope I'll have time to explore a bit more!

clean , easy access to continue trip , flexible & customer friendly . We arrived late 850 pm just before kitchen closed after a long rainy trip with 4 kids and they accepted to give us a table at the restaurant for dinner . Entrecôte with fries & salad which was exactly what we were looking for . Its the perfect stop when you need to get to Italy . Close to Swiss border , pharmacy , butcher & backery on same round about . Rooms clean . Perfect family room with 4 beds for each kid .

I wouldn’t say not like but maybe breakfast should offer one a plant based milk variety as the coffee comes from machines self service with automatic milk powder . For croissants & pain au chocolat you must ask for more as very small basket but they replenish

For what it is - a 3-star hotel - it was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We only stayed half the night because we needed to leave at 3 AM, and they let us check in one hour earlier than the earliest check-in time (16:00 instead of 17:00-20:00). The hotel itself looks very new, there are minimal marks on the walls, the carpets and beds were new, everything was extremely clean. The design of the room and bathroom was extremely utilitarian and comfortable, with ample shelves for all our suitcases, clothes and toiletries. The room was big enough and the bathroom was a really decent size. Price-wise, it certainly delivered. The hotel is located in a central area of a pleasant village, relatively close to the airport, with a pharmacy and little wine shop across the street. Again, for what it was, a basic hotel, it was really excellent.

Tastefully modernized old family auberge...the rooms and amenities inside the historic exterior are as modern as any newly built hotel. The entire staff ensured that my time with them was an exceptional warm and pleasant experience. Rooms are spacious and thoughtfully laid out for convenience and efficiency; from lighting placement to wall outlets for charging our ever present electronic devices while sitting at the well proportioned "desk space".

The only thing better would be having the luxury to stay longer. But, I know I will be back in the future.

A nice big room that was very clean. We liked the fact that there was a lift. A special huge thank you to the guys who opened the gate for our car (having a new roof top car storage, our car was a few centimetres higher than the maximum allowed height). You saved our holidays!

Very good accomodation in all aspects. The restaurant can be considered a bonus, having dinner there should not be missed (booking required)! Breakfast is also good (but not great, like the dinner). All staff were very very friendly and helpful.

It was hot in the room, no air condition or fan, although this is typical in these parts of Europe.

The hotel is located relatively close to the motorway. We had a very good room with a great bed, shower and airconditioning. The hotel also has a very good restaurant where we had a very nice dinner outside on the terrace.

Great location if travelling through either by air or road, Bartenheim is a lovely town also.

Lack of vegetarian options at the restaurant, although what we did eat was very nice.

We slept in the new building. The room is OK, but a bit quirky. The ceiling is plain concrete, and according to the staff this is architect's decision. Very post-modern, not my cup of tea. Also the room is far from being cosy. But it is large and functional. The restaurant is excellent, but breakfast is basic. The room price doesn't include breakfast, which is 10€. That is not a high price, but the total became 127€ for us and that's a little more than the value in our opinion.

The appearance of the room. Another point: I sent two messages through Booking about reserving a table for dinner but never got an answer. Then I called them and they said I would get an answer the next day. I didn't. Wifi is very unreliable. Mobile data goes from E to 3G to 4G.
