Huge room with a view across the park to the river. The staff let us check in early and brought us a tray of chilled and perfectly ripe and delicious fruit 10 minutes after arrival. It is a hotel above a shopping mall in the German outskirts of Basel with a view of distant factories. But it was tons nicer than I had imagined it. Awesome breakfast on sunny terrace set me up for the day. Free parking in vast car park that belongs to the shopping centre. Easy to use tram system to take you into Basel which is lovely.

Calling ahead, we were told we could park on the sixth floor of the shopping centre car park. What they did not explain is that you have to go down to the ground floor and walk to the front of the shopping centre, take an almost invisible lift back up to the sixth floor and go to reception. They really need some instructions on the email with a map and better signage.

The hotel is located in a shopping mall 11 minutes from EuroAirport. We stayed there for one night and left early in the morning (before breakfast) to catch our flight. The hotel is new and modern and located few minutes from France, Switzerland and Germany. Great value for money!

If we have to - access to the parking lot is impossible from the hotel itself. You have to take the hotel's elevator to the mall and go from there to the mall's elevators (free parking is available on floors 6-7). Not really complicated but not really comfortable either.

Good hotel, check-in at the 6th. floor, with different other floors for the rooms. Very friendly people, nice and clean rooms with comfortable bed, good restaurant, good price-quality. Easy to reach, and big parking free of charge at the 6th. floor of the shopping center in the same building...

There not a straight connection from the 6th. floor parking towards the 6th. floor reception, you must go down and go up again for the check-in... not a problem for me but might be a bit challenging with lots of luggage or people that have less physical mobility. I had a wiener-shnitzel for dinner, honestly I expected a bit more quality of this typical German dish, was not fresly made...

Room was wide and very clean Breakfast was very rich and had almost everything, breakfast staff were very helpful and nice Location was good , but parking was not comfortable and was not in a good position having to go to sixth floor then come back to ground floor then up again to hotel reception and rooms in fifth and sixth floor, imagine with all the suite cases and other items in hand

Parking position being in the the same floor with hotel but no connection between them you have to go up to sixth floor, park then go down again then go up again to sixth floor in the side of the hotel rooms and reception, no connection between hotel and parking . Shower you can not control it , just one button to press and that’s it .

The location is very good near the border and rhien center for shopping. The room was clean with comfortable beds. Good value compared to other hotels in the area. Free parking always available (rhien center parking). The staff are the best really appreciated thier hospitality and thier attendance to our needs and thier tolerance as one of the kids broke the lamp and the staff fixed it happilly right away and they didnt charge us for the dameges.

There are no direct access to the hotel guests will have to go through the ground floor parking or through the mall to reach their room. Only one elevator to reach the rooms sometimes it gets busy in the morning and guests have to wait a little.

We booked two rooms for a family of 5 - which were both bigger than the average hotel room. Beds were very comfortable and showers great. You can walk over the bridge into france which was cool and had a nice square with fountain and restaurants.

The hotel rooms are on floors 4,5 and 6 of a building within the Rheincentre shopping centre - so the car park and access is via the shopping centre, which is a bit odd. felt like anyone could walk up to the hotel room floors if they wanted to. Staff were not that friendly - reception staff were ok, but bar/restaurant staff were not friendly and one older waiter was rude.

Perfect pit stop for a 1000km drive from Netherlands to Geneva. This place is right on the border of France, Germany and Switzerland. Breakfast is really good at very friendly price of 10 euros, if pre-booked at check-in. It is newly renovated with premium material.

Parking can be a little tricky if arriving after the closing hour of the "3-nation shopping centre". The hotel is situated on top of the shopping centre.

Central, free parking and helpfull stuff.

Homeless lady was everywhere at the elevator, insidr and outside the building. Market and shopping center is really I mean really crowded and the crowd is not the top quality people, for example you will use the same elevators if you have a car and there is no elevator culture, everyone is in a rush.

Good location for getting around. S8 tram runs all the way to the SBB train station without having to transfer. Nice walk across the pedestrian bridge over the Rhein to France. Great shopping mall right under the hotel.

Room 707 had anward sloping roof right next to the bed. Had to watch out not to bump my head getting up in the night.

The hotel is placed within Rhein Center so provides great access to everything you need. The location was awesome as the hotel is placed right at the borders of Germany, France and Switzerland. Good restaurants around and very nice views. Room was very clean and comfortable, and staff members were very polite and helpful.

Although the hotel is placed in a great position our view from the room was really disappointing. Well we literally had no view, we could only see the car park and the walls of the hotel
