Brilliant location, fantastic staff, ideal for getting to Weil am Rhein , France and of course, Basel. I asked if there was a kettle in my room but I was then given one my the staff at reception along with an iron and a cup. Really helpful and caring staff. You have a code which opens your room and lets you in the main building when the main door is closed. Theres a coffee and vending machine in reception.

Usual noisy neighbours that didnt respect the `keep the noise` policy down.

good value for money, ideal location on the tram stop into Basel downtown, easy to reach by bus/car, nearby facilities for groceries, we went for a concert in a club 10m walking distance and the location was ideal for that, convenient check in and check out, 24h access to hotel after check-in, much cheaper than Basel/Swiss Based Hotels

located right adjacent to the boarder control/customs facilities, our window was facing the FlixBus parking lot right in front of our room

Location of hotel is perfect for visiting Basel, tram stop at the front of hotel brings you in 10 min to the centrum of Basel. There is big shoping center across the street and many reaturants at the walking distance. Breakfast was very good, coffee tasty and enough choice of food, staff friendly, room and bathroom is small, but very clean. Free private parking. In short - very good value for money.

I think it’s the first time I’ve been to a hotel with good shower pressure 🚿 Also, my wife has extremely sensitive skin and it’s the first time her body didn’t itch from the bed sheets 🥹 We tend to be a bit sensitive with cleanliness, but this time we have nothing to point out. Big kudos to the cleaning employees ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The receptionist was extremely helpful and efficient, the building is modern and well taken care of. Above all, free parking!

I only have good words about this Hotel. Location is great if you want to visit Basel. Parking is available at the location for no supplementary fee. The breakfast? One of the best I have ever had in the many trips in Europe I’ve been to. The hotel is also really clean and the personnel is kind and helpful. I will surely come back.

perfect location on the border for visiting Basel or for a night stop before a long trip. Great position to leave your car loaded with luggages and reach the city of Basel with the tram. A shopping center is at walking distance from the hotel to buy anything you need or to grab some food. Quiet place, clean rooms, confortable beds.

Short stay, arrived late, departed early next morning for the airport, all was good, reception personnel professional, basic & clean room, location perfect for my needs. Reception open till late. Self check-in also possible which was a plus as I did not know my arrival time.

There is an underground car park, but just for about 20 cars. around the hotel can you find free parking lots. There was a really friendly staff, who helped us to check-in earlier. The room was equipped with air conditioning.

There was no fridge and kettle in the rooms. TV had no USB stick port.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The rooms are perfectly equipped. The breakfast was €10.50 and had everything to eat to set you up for the day. The staff were lovely. My room was cleaned every day even when I said it was OK not to..would highly recommend.

Nothing. 10 out of 10 for bed and breakfast and off you go for the day...

The location is perfect. Close to where I was going. Close to a shopping mall and also a supermarket. There is a park in front of the hotel, where people can do some jogging, but I chose a route of much longer distance.
