Ideally located for town and D Day tourism. Hotel clean and tidy but basic but thats to be expected in that price range and our reason for booking it. Food was excellent. Parking can be a little busy and parking spaces quite tight. Overall an excellent choice if on a budget with the only minor gripe being that the smart TV in the room wasnt linked to internet and therefore things like youtube not usable on it so stuck with French standard TV channels or phones for bedtime viewing.

Just a shame about the in room TV not being linked to internet. Other than that it was great and a perfect choice for us.

The location was brilliant, just a 7 min walk into Bayeux town which is a beautiful town. We were able to get to all the DDay beaches and museums with ease from here. The breakfast was great, fresh croissants and bread, pancakes, omelettes, choice of cereals, fruits, yogurts etc. Plenty choice to fill up on to start your day. The rooms were reasonable size and a very good shower. Clean towels everyday.

The evening menu didn’t give too much choice and vegetarian option was minimal. They could have done with more staff as quit busy on some days with guests. The bed for me was rather hard but that’s just me, everyone else had good sleeps. A small moan would be to have proper mugs in rooms rather than paper cups.

Disabled unit requested to cater for the needs of my wife. well placed as one of the shortest routes to the car park and restaurant. Breakfast was a good selection of foods and drink. Evening meals were by and large of good quality. Location is great for that stroll into the centre for fascinating sites and restaurants. Huge history on the doorstep, ancient and modern. House keepers did a great job and were extremely polite and friendly.

One annoyance with the room though, The basin would not hold water, automatic tap would not deliver hot water, and would not stop spraying water every time you came anywhere near the apparatus. Cold wash or nice hot shower. Shower chosen obviously. But, please repair tap. Washing hands after visiting the toilet is quite important and made better with hot water.

Price was good relatively to available alternatives, place was clean, there is free parking, quiet place , bit pastoral, 10-15 minutes walk or few minutes drive to venter of Bayeux. Convinient for people that are passing by and do not wish to be in town.

The place is out of Bayeux , rooms like motel , very basic. Altogh there is a dining roon , didn't serve dinner because there was large group (buss ) in place. Overall had the feeing that place fits tourist busses

Didn’t realise that the rooms were apartment style which was fantastic. And the location was perfect especially as we were visiting from the uk and seeing the d-day beaches and the memorials and the added bonus of seeing the bayeux tapestry all in just a 15 minute walk. All round fantastic stay and will be coming back.

We did find that when going out on foot the site could do with a path from the back of the Carpark to the road but only a small inconvenience.

Excellent location, wonderful view of cathedral. Ideal position close to the A13 to strike out in a number of directions. Many attractions especially for history buffs and those of a curious nature. Lived up to the overall ratings and reviews, and staff are happy and informative. We must thank the Dutch party sharing the hotel on the same dates. Some great conversations and experiences exchanged. It added another enjoyment to the list, along with their appreciation of the property as well.

Did not wish to seek and find faults. It would or could have placed a negative slant on our break.

Lovely staff, excellent breakfast, room was extremely comfortable and clean. Had the vibe of a 1950s English holiday camp chalet which isn't a bad thing, very nostalgic! Lots of free parking, extremely helpful and friendly staff. 10 min stroll into the town centre and all the major attractions plus excellent choice of restaurants/bars, although the hotel provided evening and lunch meals if required (plus bar) at a reasonable price. Easy to find off the main road and great for an overnight stop or visit to the Normandy beaches which took us 20 minutes in the car. Would definitely visit again.

Nothing, everything was better than expected.

This hotel is ideally situated for those seeking a base from where to visit D Day locations. It's also well positioned at the edge of town to visit the old centre and the tapestry museum.. Its restaurant served up some delicious breakfasts and dinners and the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Our room was small but entrely functional and, importantly, in a quiet location.

The location is excellent for connecting with road network and ample free parking. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Abdir, in particular,was very helpful and friendly. I would certainly recommend this hotel!

Hotel appearance was a little 'tired looking ' but I found absolutely no faults.

Easy walking distance to town centre. Tea/coffee in room. Wi-fi. Adequate variety for breakfast.

Poor selection for evening meal Worst example of mixed grill ever.- 3 bits of meat including a miniature lamb chop too tough to eat. And limp lettuce leaf. Waitress failed to tell us that bread was available at salad buffet. Def advise to eat out.
