The staff at this property were incredible. Pascal on the overnight and there was another woman (apologies as I didn't get her name) but had some piercings who was superb. Location was great, a little removed from the center which was a nice reprieve from the bustle of the center. Property seems to have been recently renovated. Had the express breakfast which was simple but nice.

The property overall was clean however I don't think our room was cleaned thoroughly enough (there were a pair of socks from the last guest). When we walked in it didn't appear to be unclean but seeing the socks under the bed gave us pause.

It was cute, and eventually we did have a nice Room It Biarritz is beautiful with beautiful architecture

When we got in, we were assigned a room that smells from mold, when we complained, we got another room smelling from mold The third time we complained, we were told that there it nothing else she can give us at the same price and we will have to add money. Only when we said we are not adding anything, did she talk to the manager and they gave us the better room, which at last was just fine and spacious enough and was not smelling

The reception guy was great and gave us a short review of Biarritz since it was our first time there. There was free coffee in lobby and rooms. We had a view to the sea from the balcony, fun wallpaper in the room was also a hit!

The breakfast did not reach the perfectness of everything else. Cheese selection was nice but the bread and fruit salad seemed a bit old and the toaster was broken. The breakfast hall was partially in construction, but it will look really nice afterwards for sure.

The initial greeting was not warm or friendly. I had to ask the gentleman whether he even worked at the hotel, before he would acknowledge or help me. It was unclear from the lack of markings, whether the building I had entered was even part of the hotel. (New construction, apparently was the issue.) The parking was quite inadequate. My wife and I travel continuously. We have stayed at many many places around the world for years. I would not recommend this hotel.

Large room with a nice little balcony. Very clean and recently refurbished. Huge and very nice shower. Whole vibe throughout hotel very modern/stylish with art work and fittings/furnishings. Staff friendly and helpful.

Car park was 25 euros and not 15 euros as stated in the booking confirmation. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful in all other matters but would not honour the 15 euros quoted... no big deal, just a bit annoying.

We had a great stay in the apartment. There were 3 adults and 1 toddler and it was more than enough. Spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked which made self catering very easy. Cleaning products, including dishwasher tablets and washing powder, were much appreciated. Staff were excellent and the breakfast was great value. Would definitely book again next time in Biarritz.

Other people had complained about traffic noise as the apartment is on the ground floor. We stayed for a weekend in June and didn’t have any issues. There was occasional traffic but we didn’t hear anything and nor did our toddler and we slept in the pullout bed in the lounge.

an attractive hotel with beautiful shutters on the outside split over two sides of the street. the reception was modern and quirky, and even has a keyboard you can play! We luckily got upgraded kindly on arrival and the room was big, clean and the beds were comfy, and we had a little balcony to sit on in the evenings! Perfect for us and fitting with the price we paid for it! The staff were amazing for the whole stay! lovely kind people who couldn’t do enough to help us along, allowing me to practice my French but happily speaking English if needed! the night staff even helped us to arrange a day trip to San Sebastián (about 1 hour away) a great stay! highly recommended!

no issues with anything in the property

Great location just a few minutes walk from the beach and the centre of Biarritz. Staff were very friendly and helpful, allowed us to store our bikes as we had cycled over 2 days fro Arcachon. Comfortable bed, good showers, hotel was clean. Decent breakfast selection.

Shutters in one of our rooms were a little difficult to operate (we had 2 rooms, in 1 room there was a button that controlled the shutter which was great but the other you had to lean out of the window to close it).

The staff were very helpful and the parking is so convenient. The hotel was spotless even though work was going on to upgrade the hotel. Its position is a few mins Walk from the town but there are bars and restaurants locally if you don’t want to walk into town. Would definitely return and recommend.

The room was a little small and a fridge would be great for the summer.

All the staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. The location was quiet, yet conveniently located near restaurants and the beaches.

The fact that breakfast had to be pre ordered and was served on a tray. The food itself was good, but the lack of spontaneous choice was a downside.
