This hotel finds itself in an excellent location in the city center and close to the beach. What I underestimated was how good it was to have the spa on hand after a long day on the beach in the sun and exposed to the salt water. You head down from your room in a bathrobe and the session there means you emerge clean and refreshed and ready for a night out on the town. I also highly recommend just sitting in the restaurant with a drink to enjoy its decor and calm ambiance.

The hotel offers a great list of spa treatments but they're on the expensive side, so I didn't book anything in. I was happy to use the spa on its own though. Same for the restaurant, beautiful decor and calm ambiance but the prices put me off having more than a few drinks there.

Hotel is well situated, next to center and few minutes from the beach. The restaurant in the hotel was really good. Breakfast was good with many things as omelette and pancakes done in a minute. Rooms were clean and beds are comfortable. The SPA and indoor swimming pool area were clean and good add to the value. Staff were nice and friendly. Parking spot was provided and they have parking with charger for electric vehicles. You can rent electric bikes and electric scooters in the hotel for the city visit, which was actually great.

Bathrooms need some refreshment and missing towels dryer. Closet is not comfortable for use.

The size of the room & bathroom were much bigger than expected.The bed was very comfortable. The location was very good. The staff on the reception were very helpful. The pool was lovely

There's only 1 lift that holds 4 people so you can end up waiting a while for it to arrive and it might be full when it stops at your floor. The breakfast is 20 euros and it's not really worth it. There are plenty of cafes nearby that are better value. I came back to the room 1 day and to drop something off and the cleaner was there. I explained what I was doing but he left and didn't come back until we were actually back in the room getting ready for our evening meal. It was hot during our stay and the air conditioning was not that great.

It was great to have a little balcony with a great view from the top floor, quite removed from the noise of the traffic. The parking is also a big plus if you come by car. We also enjoyed the Spa and indoor swimming pool, and especially the bubbles and jets. Friendly and helpful staff and the restaurant is cosy with local ingredients.

The main problem was that there was not enough storage space for two people, not even a coat hanger although there would have been plenty of space to fix a few quite simply to the wall.

We got upgraded. Our room was very spacious and had two huge and comfortable beds. There were chairs and a table if you wanted to work. The bathroom was also spacious and luxurious. It was also right in the centre of the town so a short walk to the markets, restaurants and beaches. Couldn't fault it really. Didn't try the spa but for many that would be an attraction. It was also useful that the hotel has parking in the basement for a reasonable price (parking in the city was challenging!)

location and SPA great, choice of food at breakfast excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. The 3x single bed bedroom was a good size and beds were comfortable.

The double room that my wife and I stayed in did have a lingering not nice odour in it. We are not sure what the cause was but particularly noticeable when entering the room. The breakfast was very good maybe a small point the hot food could be hotter from the buffet.

The hotel was in the perfect location. About a 2-3 minute walk from the beach and right next to a lot of shopping. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They have a wonderful breakfast in the morning in a beautiful room in the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

A very lovely modern 4 star hotel in the centre of Biarritz with super friendly staff Great and varied breakfast buffet selection Slept really well , in luxurious bed linen and even though room was street facing, was quiet. Close to the sea front and nice restaurants

No Lounge, but nice bar/restaurant area.

The day staff on our arrival were very helpful and accommodating. Allowing for an early arrival and access to the spa were great benefits at this hotel. The location was fantastic.

The early morning staff, (5am departure for airport) was unavailable, we needed them to leave the parking lot which was frustrating as we had to hunt them down in order to leave the hotel.

Location is great, parking is excellent, they accommodated our dog brilliantly, we didn’t use the spa but it looked fab

The only reason I didn’t score as a 10 was the scaffolding work going on at the time, they did apologise in advance and this wasn’t a problem as such but I did think the banging and drilling could have started at 9am and not 8am, a bit early when on holiday
