The location was well placed for visiting the area with easy access to nearby motorways. The food was excellent. Although it wasn't extremely hot, another great feature was the excellent room and hotel air conditioning.

A minor inconvenience was the lack of drawers for clothes and personal items although there was adequate space for hanging clothes

ROOM 12-Ground floor, Very compact room, it was a struggle with our large dog & his bed. Super clean, Wall mounted TV but no UK channels. Twin beds with crisp, clean linen. Wall-mounted AirCon/Heater unit and a wall panel heater. A usb point is adjacent to each bed. BATHROOM compact but adequate and well-appointed with quality fittings, exceptionally clean, large off-the-floor shower tray, mixer shower with handset AND, uncommon in hotels, a rain head which was great. Plenty of hot water. Only used the restaurant for breakfast, chic, clean, and tastefully decorated. Great buffet breakfast for 7 euro. Dog allowed to accompany us.. Plenty of free parking. A nice outdoor terrace, but snowing & very cold during our stay so sadly didn't use it. I cannot fault this hotel, everything you could possibly need for an overnight stay. I have no hesitation in seeking out this chain for accommodation for future trips.

The bed was too hard for my taste, I had an aching back & shoulders the next morning

Everything about the Hotel was great all staff that we spoke too were only too pleased to assist us,the grounds were kept well too, the only thing I would say is that it could have been a little cheaper which would be more encouraging to many guests for future stay’s inc the charge for a pet. Some Hotels provide little welcome’s for the pets which is a nice touch, bowls and bed and welcome notes. We carried our own pet bed and bowls so it wasn’t an issue, but maybe ask the customer if they have everything they need for the pet would be a nice touch just in case the owner has forgotten something Or perhaps do a free charge for the pet when you have returning guests,when you know there not causing any extra cleaning etc, as I would hope like us the majority of people would take care on there stay’s.

Expectations exceeded for a 2 night, cheap stopover . Room very clean & comfortable and with Air Con. Powerful clean shower, crisp sheets, comfortable bed. Breakfast superb: fresh & varied options available from fruit salads to cooked items, fresh breads, spreads, and pastries. Staff were very helpful and friendly. 👏👏👏

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was not large, but comfortable. The hotel was very reasonably priced for the accommodation provided.

The restaurant at the hotel was not open in the evening, which would have been nice after a long tiring drive all day. However the receptionist was very helpful explaining the location of other restaurant facilities close by.

I left my e book behind and staff contacted me the same day and offered to.post back to me which I was very grateful for. Unfortinately the postage was absorbitant. £58. Not the fault of the hotel staff but cant believe the postal service was almost as much as a new kindle. My own fault and lesson learned. Shame that the dining room was closed for evening meals but several restaurants close by and we were told of this on our journey down.

Location from .Motorway is excellent. Facilities, bar restaurant very good Friendliness of staff, English is spoken. Quite rooms and locality is good for dog walking.

Room size very small for a twin room. Bathroom would be much better with a shower cubicle rather than small bath

Stayed overnight as flying out from Biarritz the following morning. V friendly staff. Stayed in a triple room - comfortable and clean - on the small side. Had a pleasant breakfast the following morning. Thanks for a comfortable stay - comfortable beds!

Lovely little hotel, staff couldn't do enough for you. Even gave us free bottle of wine which was a lovely gesture. Bedroom very good with a Very Clean Bathroom - ensuite. Breakfast excellent with good coffee. Would stay here again. 3 * Hotel with 5* service.

Location, open parking, restaurant (and menu in a restaurant). Staff are friendly, willing to help! Dinners' menu is limited (per day), but still great! All dishes we tried were absolutely high class!
