This property was very convenient to the freeway for an overnight stopover. The kitchen facilities were great and they were very friendly towards our dogs.

The bed was at best an English double or a king single, so we found the bed too small. The bed was comfortable but we probably wouldn’t stay here again as we had an awkward night’s sleep. Also, no luggage trolleys.

Excellent location, very close to the airport. Free airport shuttle service was also very convenient. The apartment was very clean and modern. The balcony was large. I would be happy to stay again.

There was no hand basin in the WC (even though there was enough space to accommodate one). You need to use the basin in the separate shower room. This is unhygienic as multiple surfaces are touched in the process. Otherwise, the apartment was fantastic.

We went to the reception and got the keys and the explanation on how to access the property. THe key card was then easy to return via the return boxes at any time you wanted. Very easy. The Apartment was clean and had a very good size. The terrace is an added bonus. The apartment was fully equipped and in a fairly quiet area also closed to a big supermarket and a few restaurants.

Was a last minute booking as flight was cancelled at midnight. The hotel is close to the airport on the French side, the staff were amazingly friendly and lovely and really put us all at ease when stressed at being stranded by easyjet.

The room really would have benefitted from air conditioning, otherwise all was great.

Everything.Highly Recommended.Close to the Airport, eventhough this Apartment suited in boundary between France and Base Switzerland but by car or taxi you can reach at Basel City center for only 20 mins.Clean and Spacious Room.All is perfect during our stay.Staff at the Mercure Hotel were good and friendly, they help us and provide a taxi to drove us in Basel City Center..Overall 100% nice services.

Good access to the airport, very spacious, with a vast balcony. Also, the staff were very helpful: They let us store our refrigerated items before we were able to check into the room; and they even lent us a bread knife! The free shuttle to the airport was also much appreciated.

Air conditioning would be a nice addition for the summer months. A bread knife and chopping knife would be also be handy - as well as a toaster for breakfast. Also, while very conveniently located for access to the airport, the flipside is that you get the aircraft noise from 6am!

Apartment was very clean and Spacious, very friendly staff, location is very close to Airport and the free Shuttle bus from the airport is the most convenient thing

It was quite warm during our stay and there was only one fan for 2 rooms so one room was quite hot and humid , 2 fans would have been good, other than that everything was good

Near the airport; plenty of car parking space. Helpful receptionist at the hotel next doo. Good facilities, with spacey room and kitchen and bathroom. Value for money.

It's not the best view in the world, but then you would not expect that for an airport hotel / apartment. The fitness area was a bit underwhelming.

The night receptionist Bouillard ( hope its written like this) is making his best to accomodate us , very friendly and professional gentlmen 👍 We got a very nice apartment , that has anything u need .

The late check out fee is exagerated for one hour more 50 euros . In switzerland 3 hours late check out we only charge 40 swiss francs Hope they will get more flexible in that matter bcs check out at 11 am is too early .

The apartment was very clean and seemed new and comfortable. The kee was at the hotel reception nearby and the lady there was so nice and helpful. She helped us even late at night when we were in need of things we didnt have... the apartment was well equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Shower was great and so was the bed. Great location if needs to be close to the airport

The sofa bed was to small for 2 teens. It's better for 2 small kids or 1 teenager. It also was a bit noisy from the airport when the windows were open. But when closing them its very quiet.
