Breakfast

Huge difficulty getting a taxi which meant I was worried about not being able to get to the airport very early in the morning. The shuttle bus was not operating. In the end the shuttle from Mercure Hotel nearby picked us up at 4.30 am and we got to the airport on time.

Large bathroom, good size room, really conveniently close to the highway but very quiet. The wifi was very good. The breakfast did not have a very large variety but it was really good and with good quality products. The parking is in the open air but right in front of the entrance of the hotel so it seemed secure. The personnel at the reception was really helpful and nice. They went the extra mile to help me. Congrats to the team.

Great position in French side No restaurant but a great buffet restaurant close by. With less expensive than be Switzerland. Courtesy bus to airport

Very convenient for the airport and was grateful for the free shuttle very early in the morning. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The lady greeting us at check in seemed a bit put out that we wanted to buy a drink at the bar! I even felt I needed to apologise for disturbing her! However the lady at breakfast, who also took us to the airport at 5am was very friendly.

Very friendly staff. The room was nice and modern with good heating control and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was quite good. Big plus the filtered water bottle refiller by the reception.

No hairdryer provided in the room. Remote location without a car, although there is a bus connection from the airport.

Staff was very helpful and kind. I forgot my hat in my room and they are going to help me to get it back. Everything was clean and cosy and breakfast was good.

When I arrived kitchen was closed, but it was late. It would have been good to have some options for food, I was given an apple which was very kind from the man who helped me out at reception.

The staff at reception were excellent, very helpful and friendly. I had a nice tarte flambee supper on the terrasse of the hotel - its a five-minute drive from the airport and in a little residential area but I still felt like I was on holiday. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast was served from 4 am which I hadn't expected and was a varied enjoyable buffet and the night porter provided a shuttle service to the airport.

Staff was incredibly helpful. We made my mistake a reservation for the following date, and the hotel was practically full. The staff stepped of their boundaries to help us and found a room, with no extra-cost. Breakfast is great, and served from 4am, and free shuttle to airport is offered 0400-1200. Great choice for an airport hotel.

Hot water flow was very low.

We were flying out of the Basel airport in the early afternoon and just wanted to stay somewhere for a good sleep. Rooms were small but very stylish and clean. On our departure, the clerk gave us a ride in the hotel's van to the airport so we didn't have to pay for a taxi

Limited menu at the restaurant and she couldn't make me a bloody mary.
