The staff were very pleasant and friendly; also accommodating. My french was quite basic (I am still learning) but they were very nice about this and helpful. They were also very helpful in general, all of them, from reception staff, to the cleaning staff and bar/food. The surroundings is very relaxed as well. I was at an event at Matmut Atalantique stadium - it was a 10 minute stroll from there. The tram is also 2 mins away from the hotel, which takes you straight into town. In fact, the tram system in Bordeaux is excellent - you can hop on and arrive anywhere, they are very regular! We just found everything so easy - but that is Bordeaux in general, I think!

It was a great location for matmut stadium and also the tram line The staff were pleasant and friendly especially Hèrve (Harvey) Who went out of his way to make sure we were well looked after, hope I got the spelling right 😉, The food here was also very good

The only thing that disappointed me was that there were no bars around the hotel , just more hotels, also a mini fridge in room is really a must especially when the nearest supermarket is a fair distance away

Basic room, too price for what they offer Sign for door to kept falling off cause of wind. So staff first came in when not supposed to and then didn't come clean the room when they should have. Only 1 towel per person Breakfast hours during week only until 9am, weekend only until 10am

Typical Campanile, on the edge of the water, no frills, but beautifully clean, with pleasant staff. Room had everything we needed for an overnight stop, just moments from the motorway and without any road noise at all. Great shower. Breakfast was expensive but extensive. Whilst we didn't use them, the trams to the centre of Bordeaux stop nearby as well, making it a good place for a city visit.

Exceptionally, the restaurant wasn't open for evening meals which would have been our preference, but the hotel is sited in an area where there are several in easy walking distance. We ate at the Courtpaille and had a very nice meal.

location easy off the A630, in comercial area with several more hotels of the same kind. restaurant was open for dinner! across was a BB restaurant so food no problem. breakfast as usual woitj Campanila and France. Perfectly fine,nothing to complain about. staff very helpful.

nothing really. there seems (or seemed) to be a problem with street racers, but we didnt really have a problem with it. we heard some car exhaust, and in the morning there was a bashed up car on the roundabout across from the hotel. our room was in the back so i wasnt bothered with any noise. i believe the management is aware of the matter, but ofcourse they cant solve it. its up to the city council and the police.

Excellent value for money to stay at this hotel, not far from the motorway. It was clean, spacious, had a bath and good Wifi as well as free parking. We used the bar facilities but not the restaurant for dinner or breakfast so cannot comment on quality. Very friendly, informative and helpful staff too.

Rooms slightly tired and hard bed. However the exceptional staff, bar, restaurant and overall ambience of the hotel far outweigh this. Would definitely recommend this hotel

The rooms were very clean but basic. Shower was good sufficient power sockets The staff were very helpful Breakfast was good. Easy access to Bordeaux with the tram system

Good location(you need sat nav to find the area IMO), basic but clean & OK room, staff excellent and friendly. The parking is a secure gated area. three of four restaurants easy walking distance and the Campanille has a restaurant as well(I wanted a walk and the local Courtepaille was great). Easy to get back on the A1 and a Leclerc centre commecial is just up the A1 for fuel etc..

WiFi didn't work...no internet access. Assume it normally does but it was too late to bother with it at reception.

Room was warm, bathroom with towels, soap and hairdryer. kettle and Tv. the car park is enclosed, so we felt our car was safe, as we left all our stuff inside. This hotel was perfect for our stop from Calais to Spain Also, surrounded by restaurants!! Staff friendly and efficient
