Perfect for our group dynamic - we had a studio room and an apartment. Sofa bed in apartment is a fold out and as comfortable as these usually are (!) Both rooms very well equipped, meaning we could self cater for an evening after a 6am flight and a long day of sightseeing. Aircon welcome in 30-degree temps. Rooms aren't serviced every day - towels changed after 3 days, which is environmentally sound. Transport links are fantastic - TBM 3 day pass meant we could use the Bat3 boat as well. Bassin de Lumiere and the Bordeaux Lac beach are both local highlights, burgers at The Moxy Hotel next door are very good too!

Two adults on the sofabed would be a challenge - we had a twin studio with two single beds together which was perfect. Only wine glasses to drink out of, could do with some tumblers/water glasses

Location next to "la cité di vin" Museum. 5 Min walk from the tramline stop with only five stops to do for the center. Cleaness and kitchen equipment. Enough space in the studio.

The booking policies said that "towels are changed if needed or after 6 days"; after two days we would have needed one more towel and when we asked the reception, they told us that it was not possible as our fare did not allowed it. When I booked the studio I requested to have a park reservation for the car, but the request was ignored. Luckily they have an agreement with the nearest parking of the museum, but you cannot reserve a place there, so it can be challenging.

The location is very good close to tram B and the local area is interesting and the city bikes were fun to use when the system worked. The parking was secure and very convenient. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was very close to the lift which was very convenient and had a little area to sit out on the communal terrace.

The external appearance and internal staircase could do with redecoration but this is not a big deal

The room was big enough for 4 people and the kitchen well equipped. It was well renovated and very quiet. The building is nice and clean. The location is perfect, close to tram and city center.

Not all member of the staff were friendly. The room had only 3 chairs for 4 people and 2 forks. The sofa mattress was not comfortable. Beds and towels are changed every 2 days except if you explicitly ask before which we did not do as we didn't know about it. It's not necessary and ecological.

We rented a one-bedroom apartment (one big bedroom, good size living/dining room with kitchenette, sofa bed and desk, bathroom and big terrace). It was perfectly comfortable for the three of us. Location was very good: in a new industrial-chic area, right next to the La Cité du Vin, and the market, where we spent a lovely time enjoying local wine and food from the different food stalls. The existence of car parking was a plus for us. Bordeaux exceeded our expectations.

The room was new, well equipped, and quite spacious. Not far from the hotel is a tram stop which brings you directly to the center.

Parking is a real issue. There are no places to park near the hotel, only paid option. Also, you pay for 24 hours, but if you want to use the car and get out, you can't get back, or you need a new ticket. So basically you can't use the car. Also every 24 hours you need to go to the parking and drive out and back, so you could get a new parking ticket because the ones you buy in the hotel are valid only for 24 hours. In addition to this, the receptionist was quite cocky and was not willing to assist with the parking problem. Tip when doing a reservation explicitly write to the hotel that you need parking, they have some limited space available in the hotel as well.

The room was very clean and it had many amenities in the small kitchen it provided that we found useful (refrigerator, toaster, microwave, dishwasher). The hotel had a private parking space, for a reasonable fee and it was pet friendly, a huge plus for us.

The room was a little crowded for three people, due to the pull out sofa bed that was taking up quite some space. There weren't any supermarkets nearby, at a walking distance.

We had a storm at night. The window started leaking water onto the floor. The staff on duty didn't know what to do. He gave me one piece of floor towel to wipe the water, which wasn't enough. Luckily, it stopped at night. We were too tired to move to another room.

Very convenient location, near tram and Halles de Bacalan as well as Cité du Vin. Great staff, nice and professional. Comfortable bed and great shower. Quiet location.

Some lack of communication to start with regarding the weekly cleaning (as I extended my stay) but it was worked out 😊

Excellent location. A really nice area but so easy to get to town. The size of the room. Staff were pleasant. The price is great value.

Would be good to have washing up liquid / sponges provided. Sofa bed very noisy. Water leaks beneath the bath when shower is on.
