Fanny was very welcoming and pleasant and breakfast was delicious. The spaces are thoughtfully laid out and you have everything you would need for your stay.

I wish it were clear in the property description that they have two large dogs (German Shepherds I believe) on the property for those who may be averse to canines. While Fanny did reassure me that they only get protective if you entire her private spaces, I will say that the dogs growled at me almost every time they saw me during my 3 day stay, even when I was in the “public, open spaces”. For someone who was previously bit by a large dog, it was disconcerting. Minus the dogs, I would stay again.

We liked the facilities. The room was very clean with air conditioner,comfortable bed and a little balcony with beautiful view. The shower was modern and big with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious with homemade products.

The property is located on the hill and there are many stairs to reach the room.And there are not many available parking spaces nearby.

Every aspect of our stay at this B&B was perfect. The owner is a wonderful person. Our room was luxurious. The breakfast amazing. We were spoiled here and would not hesitate to come again.

The host and her family were super kind and friendly. The rooms were clean and had lots of rooms for a family of 4. The breakfast was the best I have ever had. The cakes and compote were delicious. The little seating areas were beautiful. My children loved the toys that were provided. We loved everything. Thank you for having us.

Great French style breakfast (choice for in-room breakfast). Large and clean room. The hotel lady was very helpful with our bags and allowed us to use bathroom after check out.

Steep stairs after the entrance gate. It’s fine as the hotel lady helped us with our luggage. Location in a residential neighborhood so need to walk a bit to city center.

Fanny and her family are great hosts, they rent clean, newly renovated, silent, cozy, tastefully decorated rooms. The breakfast offered is fresh and tasty. All in all this is an absolutely above-standard offer for Cannes. Highly recommended.

My partner and I had the best night staying at Franny’s B&B! We wish we booked our stay for longer. She greeted us after our long morning of travel with a cappuccino and muffins. The French breakfast was amazing, plants were beautiful, room was comfortable and views were wonderful! We hope to be back! ☺️

The whole experience is just like the eggs for breakfast. Cooked just the way you like. No wonder the place is usually fully booked.

The host was very welcoming, helpful, friendly and spoke English very well! The rooms were beautiful and very clean. Our room even had a small balcony with two chairs and a table with a stunning view over the city. There was free cold water with syrup available and we were able to use a small fridge and freezer in the hallway free of charge. The breakfast was amazing and we were able to pick what we wanted to eat and if we wanted to consume the food either on the roof top or in our room. The espresso was delicious and there were baked goods every day (eg muffins, cake). Even though check-in is usually between 5pm - 10pm the host arranged a check in for us as early as 11am. After the checkout we were able to store our luggage at the B&B until we left Cannes. Overall it was literally the best place we’ve ever been to and I can 100% recommend this B&B! Thanks again to the host for this lovely stay! :)
