Breakfast was arguably the highest quality breakfast that i have seen in any hotel anywhere in the world. Worldclass.

The staff is argumentative, takes zero responsibility for their mistakes and is rude. The parking is a disaster especially if you drive a large vehicle or an electric vehicle(i have both). Staff said to me-"Its not my problem you chose to buy a large car"

Comfortable well appointed rooms, spacious bathroom, great leisure facilities - including heated outdoor rooftop jacuzzi / outdoor heated mini pool and sauna and steam room. Private secure parking.

A few minor details that should be fixed especially for a 4 star. Our room - a small section on the room and bathroom ceiling looked like it needed fixing - not that it was in the line of site, or detracted from the experience. The parking space was a little tight when manoeuvring into the spots but not a major issue - but the spaces themselves are relatively spacious. They did also have a couple of spaces outside.

This is a quality boutique hotel. On arrival I immediately felt an infectious aura of calm from the welcome received by the lady at the reception. it set the scene for our stay. We enjoyed our easy strolls into the centre and would definitely opt to walk home were it not for our 2 teenagers who preferred to get an Uber home each night. The pool was in a peaceful setting and relaxed and the landscaping was very well done. The whole area surrounding the hotel was impeccably clean as was the hotel itself. rooms were spacious with very well designed kitchenettes. We had the privilege room with a terrace which we used alot. The teenagers had a superior double with stunning sunset views.

I will go back - there’s really nothing I didn’t like

Overall, it was nice. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the bathroom was big enough. The staff was very friendly as well, and it's a nice place where you can also get some work done; tables in the rooms but also in the breakfast hall.

The sauna was very small and did not meet the expectation at all. Even the reservation system does not really work. The rooms were rather small, and the breakfast a little to expensive for what you get.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and stylish with a lovely view of the pool from the terrace. The location was good as it was nearer enough to walk to the beaches, shops and bars but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing.

The only negatives for us was that we had to park our car on the road despite specifically choosing a hotel with parking and the breakfast experience wasn’t as good as other hotels, we had to keep asking for basics like milk and orange and the member of staff wasn’t that friendly. However, our room had a kitchenette so we were easily able to make our own breakfasts.

We loved the hotel. We had a beautiful room, comfortable bed and big bathroom, all modern and clean. The description said balcony, it was a great size. We ate our breakfast and occasional dinner on the balcony. The pool area sensational, the grounds beautifully groomed. Service and staff excellent. The area lovely - we walked everywhere and felt comfortable even late at night.

It is up a hill, which when its hot can be a challenge. But if you are a walker as we are, its not too bad, and then you can recover by the pool with a cool drink.

Very nice hotel a bit off the beaten track. Nice garden setting. Spotlessly clean room with very comfortable bed. We eapecially liked the in-room kitchenette, which allowed us to make coffee frequently and enjoy our own breakfast every morning on the room terrace; a Casino supermarket to get bread etc is a mere 10-minute walk away. The pool is just gorgeous. Staff was very friendly. Good parking.

The hotel is in a residential neighborhood some 15 minutes from downtown Cannes and 25 minutes to the Suquet area. This is manageable, but if you stay a bit longer, the daily schlepp up the hill becomes a bit grinding. We got the local transport (Palmbus) 3-day pass, which helped reduce the walking burden a bit; although buses don‘t run that frequently, the app allowed us to plan our outings.

Everything. This is our 9th visit. We love everything about this hotel. Isabelle and her team make us feel valued customers. It’s peaceful but walking distance from all Cannes has to offer. We enjoy the heated pool and swim each morning. We will return for sure.

Other people smoking on their balconies and the smell drifting onto ours. Not the hotel at fault.

Great value for money hotel in a nice location quiet but close enough to everything. The infinity pool and the roof top jacuzzi was excellent with great views. The massage at the spa was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but had everything you need, large balcony and bathroom and very clean. The courtyard where breakfast is served was very nice. Option to park in garage or out in the courtyard, the courtyard was free for motorbikes.

The Aircon was quite noisy when the fan came on and the bed was a bit firm for us but wouldn't stop us returning!!

Gorgeous spacious room with a nice balcony. The room has everything you need and the cleaning ladies are very nice and efficient. Sadly didn’t have time to use the pool or the Spa.

There was a weird noise coming from one of the rooms next to me that I couldn’t identify (like the sound of a distant Nespresso machine, but every minute for a few hours). It wasn’t super loud or very disturbing, but it was an annoyance.
