Breakfast was arguably the highest quality breakfast that i have seen in any hotel anywhere in the world. Worldclass.

The staff is argumentative, takes zero responsibility for their mistakes and is rude. The parking is a disaster especially if you drive a large vehicle or an electric vehicle(i have both). Staff said to me-"Its not my problem you chose to buy a large car"

Our room had a small kitchen, so we were able to prepare and enjoy breakfast and lunch on our lovely private balcony. I had a wonderful massage at the spa with a very good therapist. We loved the rooftop hot tub, and enjoyed it every afternoon, after busy mornings of sightseeing. It's in a quiet residential neighbourhood, so very peaceful. Special thanks to Tatiana, for recommending great restaurants, and giving us tips on how to get there, and where to park for free. Loved the resident cats!!!

Our fridge didn't work when we arrived, which meant that we couldn't unpack until it was fixed. The cupboard doors were poorly installed, and quite painful if you didn't open them just the right way. And they wanted to charge us for a couple of extra coffee pods, which we found offensive, given the cost of the room.

The size and the facilities in the room were excellent. Very clean. We loved the spa as well, which was included in the stay. We had breakfast only 1 day and the spread was very good including high quality teas. Cheese was missing though. The chacuterie was also very good and well priced. Overall very satisfied. 10 min walk to the riveria, 25 min to the old town, but there is a busstop 300 meters outside the hotel.

Maybe some towel hooks in the bathroom. We were welcomed so nicely by the lady at reception. But when we checked out, the other lady, didn't even ask us about our stay, just gave us the bill to pay. Not a complaint, just a minor gesture that felt uncomfortable.

It was nice to have a pool as we found it difficult to find a hotel in cannes with a pool that was suitable for our budget. The room was very large and comfortable with a kitchenette so we had the option to cook

It is a bit of a walk down to La Croisette, meaning you have to walk back up in the heat. We managed it fine without cabs but something to bear in mind when coming back. The nearest supermarket was also down the hill. The lunch options were very limited so made it difficult with the shops being far away in the heat.

Good location and a good price for Cannes. We chose it because it had parking and we could walk into town.

We generally liked the property but found the staff a bit unfriendly. Everything was efficient but we weren’t made to feel welcome which is a shame as this is a nice hotel and a lot of thought has obviously gone into making guests comfortable in terms of the facilities. Guests with mobility issues should be aware that if planning to walk from the hotel it is up a steep slope from town. Once in the hotel it’s fine.

After an issue with our original hotel booking, we reserved this one at the last minute—and how lucky we were! The hotel was fantastic. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and modern. We loved the beautiful pool, and the rooftop hot tub with views over Cannes was an unexpected bonus. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options. The staff were all very friendly, especially Tatiana, who gave us such a warm and welcoming greeting. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Comfortable well appointed rooms, spacious bathroom, great leisure facilities - including heated outdoor rooftop jacuzzi / outdoor heated mini pool and sauna and steam room. Private secure parking.

A few minor details that should be fixed especially for a 4 star. Our room - a small section on the room and bathroom ceiling looked like it needed fixing - not that it was in the line of site, or detracted from the experience. The parking space was a little tight when manoeuvring into the spots but not a major issue - but the spaces themselves are relatively spacious. They did also have a couple of spaces outside.

This is a quality boutique hotel. On arrival I immediately felt an infectious aura of calm from the welcome received by the lady at the reception. it set the scene for our stay. We enjoyed our easy strolls into the centre and would definitely opt to walk home were it not for our 2 teenagers who preferred to get an Uber home each night. The pool was in a peaceful setting and relaxed and the landscaping was very well done. The whole area surrounding the hotel was impeccably clean as was the hotel itself. rooms were spacious with very well designed kitchenettes. We had the privilege room with a terrace which we used alot. The teenagers had a superior double with stunning sunset views.

I will go back - there’s really nothing I didn’t like

Great cozy atmosphere, fantastic staff, the rooms are super clean and meet all expectations, the hosts created the real oasis with calm, peaceful vibes! It feels divine! Receptionists are friendly and caring! The hosts invest the soul to this place! It’s fantastic! Thank you for such a high-standard service!

Overall, it was nice. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the bathroom was big enough. The staff was very friendly as well, and it's a nice place where you can also get some work done; tables in the rooms but also in the breakfast hall.

The sauna was very small and did not meet the expectation at all. Even the reservation system does not really work. The rooms were rather small, and the breakfast a little to expensive for what you get.
