The property is stunning both inside and out. Beautiful bedroom and everything we needed. Nathalie couldn’t have done any more. Amazing host and always on hand to make recommendations or help in any way. The breakfasts were exceptional every day (stayed for 7 nights) homemade yogurts, jams, fresh bread, toast, cheese, ham, fruit juice, fresh coffee and freshly baked treat and my absolute favourite, fresh fruit salad. Looked forward to it every morning. The facilities around the pool area were perfect. It was like home from home (if we’d won the lottery) full use of pool, sun loungers, little outdoor bar area and pool house with use of microwave, kettle, coffee maker, allocated fridge space and towels for pool and toilet facilities. We made use of this area every day. During our stay, we had one day we didn’t leave the property and took the opportunity to order a charcuterie board from Nathalie for the evening with a couple of bottles of wine. We had amazing food throughout our stay, including two trips to the Michelin starred Comte Roger, but the charcuterie board was one of my favourite meals. Absolutely loved Carcasonne, only 30 min walk to medieval city or quick taxi. We are already planning a return trip hopefully next year and will definitely staying here again. Nothing. Everything was perfect

Everything! Nathalie is a wonderful caring host, who really loves to make her guests feel at home. She and her team, including her cat Gerard, are very friendly, always approachable, helpful and Nathalie gave us great tips for our stay in Carcassonne. The air-conditioned rooms and bathrooms offer plenty of space and are lovingly furnished. We really enjoyed the breakfast on the beautiful terrace - homemade and with everything your heart desires. The well-kept property includes a separate cottage by the lovely pool with a small kitchen, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, sun loungers and towels. Perfect :-) The location is quiet and yet close to the city.

We had a great stay (3 nights). The reception was very friendly by the nice hostes. She gave us a map and tips for good food in Carcasonne. The room was big and comfortable with aircon. Very roomy bathroom with a shower and toilet. The beds where comfortable. We could sit outside on our own little patio. The swimmingpool was nice. I loved swimming after a hot day on the go. And you wil be greated by another host, gerard. Very talkative and likes to strike your legs....uh..he is a lovely red cat😁. The breakfast is great also. We recommend this place!

Nathalie was a brilliant host and warmly welcomed us into her home. Her breakfast each morning was superb with freshly baked cakes and fresh fruit daily, she went the extra mile! The property is a short drive away from Carcassonne, we did not explore the public transport options but there was a bus nearby. The pool was glorious to relax by especially when the sun came out.

The accommodation is a family home with personal décor and not as private as other stays, although this did not bother us it might do for others.

Such a comfortable stay. Facilities were to a high standard. Unfortunately we didn’t use the pool as weather was a little chilly! Beautiful home in beautiful surroundings We took the free bikes up to the nearby lake which is well worth a visit. Nathalie is such a good host. Could not have done more for you. The breakfast is superb. Easy location for transport into the city.

There was nothing to dislike about this property

Nathalie was a fantastic host. She was very helpful with information. We arrived and got a very warm welcome and information for our stay. The room was large comfortable with lovely features, air conditioned with a great bathroom with quirky details which I love. Working in hospitality, touches like cotton pads for makeup and toilet roll ends made into a flower are just special! We were able to use the hosts swimming pool which was very welcome after a hot day. Towels provided and a pool honesty bar with beers and soft drinks to avail of with fridge provided for guests, kettle & coffeemaker. Lounger pads to lie on and an abundance of towels. Nathalie very generously took us down to the local pizza place which was an experience in itself. Terrific views of Carcassonne Castle, gorgeous food such a great recommendation. She also gave us a clear address and number for the taxi on the way home. In the morning a lovely breakfast for us awaited on the terrace. Lots of care and attention to detail. We could smell the fresh muffins from the evening before wafting through the house as well as relaxed music. Top class b&b. This couple have gone out of their way to pull out all the stops. A beautiful tranquil immaculately clean place to stay. Sadly only one night but we won't forget our stay in Carcassonne.

Breakfast was great! Loved the french press coffee, the fresh fruit, the yogurt, the pastries, the meats and cheeses, and the bread, jams, and juice. Natalie was exceptional - friendly and very helpful. The house is beautiful and the rooms are all very comfortable and clean. Pool looked very inviting but we didn't have time to use it. Great location too - quiet and 5-10 minutes from the old town. Easy to find too. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Can't think of anything - maybe just some extra bottled water available for guests to purchase.

A quite exquisite experience. Room and en suite were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean and tastefully laid out. The breakfast was amazing and the hostess Natalie was on hand to provide extra drinks and help with any other requests. We loved it and will be returning.

The gite is a little away from the busy city of Carcassonne and situated ip a hill so there was a gdntle breeze which was welcone in the currdnt heatwave. This Is a modern and beautifully equipperd gite with a well appointed room and shower area. The air con was most effective. We had a warm welcome and our hosts made us feel really at home. Breakfast was varied and beautifully presented. We will certainly teturn.

There is nothing not to like.

We enjoyed the lovely welcome from Nathalie and Christophe, and her papa. Our bedroom room was beautiful, comfortable and the bathroom spacious, with a great shower. We enjoyed a very delicious breakfast, which included many homemade touches from Nathalie, including her yoghurt cake, mmm… Thanks for a very memorable stay Nathalie and Christophe.
