Beautiful building. Simple but delicious breakfast. Good location on walking distance by champagne houses which are local ones instead of moet. We preferred that. Nice that we got a welcomechanpagne

The shower wasn’t clean. A lot of black hairs. Still don’t understand how that wasn’t cleaned because black hairs in a white shower are noticeable. Furthermore, the bin was already full so we couldn’t put our trash in it. Also, the guests above is made a lot of noise and since it is an old beautiful building, it was very noisy.

We stayed in the Pinot Noir room. It is separate and not located in the Villa itself. It was a beautiful spacious room with air condition, kitchenette and huge bathroom (incl iron). There is also an outside area to sit for all residents. It is in close proximity to Epernay (4 min by car) and other beautiful towns. Breakfast was also great with wide selection. Hard boiled eggs, cold meats, fruit, cheese, baguette, cream cheese, yoghurt, cereal. Croissants were really good. Lots of options to drink - ornage juice, variety of teas, coffee , cappuccino, cafe late, etc. They have a honesty bar with champagne that is very convenient and you can taste champagne at the Villa.

I've ben travelling with my bicycle so during the booking process I asked if they have a secure place for my bike. And yes, they have. The hotel has a big courtyard that is not accessible to the public at night. :-) The staff was super friendly. I felt very welcomed! :-) Breakfast was really good. My room on the top floor only had skylights and the bedroom was a bit small. But that was totally okay for me. In the courtyard there's a nice area to sit and relax. There's a supermarket right around the corner. And for me as a cyclist it was nice that the hotel is so close to the cycle path along the canal. In the entrance hall there's a fridge with champagne. Unfortunately a whole bottle would have been too much for me. But when you're travelling as a couple, this is nice.

A lovely high standard building with courtyard and beautiful, comfortable well furnished rooms. We stayed twice here; two nights on arrival in Dizy and two nights before we left. Both stays were really good, apart from the leaky A/C unit in our second room. A blocked drainage pipe so can be fixed easily. Breakfast was excellent; a good range of fresh items and delicious baked croissants and pastries. So hard to resist with some lovely jams. The staff were all professional, welcoming and friendly. There’s even the Cozy Bar selling Champagne and nibbles. A relaxing place to try out the different Champagnes, especially as if one wants a proper meal with wines, its a drive in to Eperney. The secure car parking is a real bonus.

Oriane wad lovely French lady who helped us and was a great host, we communicated via google translator as Australian’s we had not brushed up on out french language, but all good and recommend the property was ideal for a visit to the Champagne region.

If you wish to communicate with the staff, ensure you arrive prior to reception closing. The room’s maximum capacity was a double bed and two singles in a shared room, with another suite that has two double beds in s two room suite.

Stunning and quirky location, a short drive outside of Epernay and a handy stopover between Calais and the south coast. Breakfast was incredible, family room was brilliantly effective with a small curtain between adult and kid area and simple stylish furnishing.

We’d let them know we’d arrive 7-8 which they were happy to accommodate. However they didn’t tell us that we’d need to telephone on arrival so we’re left outside on the drive with tired kids (needing a wee!) while we rang doorbells and knocked on gates. Now we know to call on arrival we’d definitely return.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The staff couldn’t be more helpful from the moment we arrived which made it so easy for us after a long journey. The hotel is immaculate , it also has gated secure parking for our motorcycles or cars. We couldn’t or wouldn’t want to find fault in Villa Louis Victor or it’s staff.

Very nice and clean apartmemt. Great and cosy breakfast. Dizy is good place from where you can reach all places in region. Epernay 5min drive, Hautvillers 10, etc.

We couldnt buy bottle of champagne as we arrived. Everybody seems to be to busy with other things. Shop to buy champagne is never opened. Franch hospitality is very questionable!

Very nice, the room was awesome (extremely clean and cozy). Good breakfast and nice staff! You can also do tasting at the accommodation and buy champagne.

There is not enough parking for all guests. When we came back to our accommodation after dinner we had to park outside as inside parking was full. Not a big deal however, since there is plenty of space outside.

Comfortable and clean room with ensuite bathroom. Free parking next to the house. We really enjoyed the breakfast with a lovely variety.

The matress or the slatted frame was a bit to soft. The main lamp could be a bit brighter. Everything else was just perfect.
