The pool was at a perfect temparature, the appartment was quiet, location could not be better, 10 minutes walk from the village. We had a duplex appartment for a family of 4 and it was perfect, with two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. The lady at the reception was friendly.

The place is looking a tillte bit tired but everything was clean, the maintenance alround the pool area like the outside shower needs more cleaning as the floor is full of green scum making it a bit disgusting and dangerous. The reception opening hours are a bit tricky.

Reception hours are limited, there is a great option to order bakery products, but as the reception opens late it's a bit late for breakfast. Also, I am aware that this is an apartment and not a hotel, but I think that toilet paper should be available and not limited, especially on weekends / holidays when stores are closed

Swimming pool, garden, terrace with various games (eg billiards). Friendliness of the staff, especially reception.

The main bad is in a very small room, you must leave the main door open or the window to get fresh air. The hotel should consider Air Conditioning especially that the summers are very hot.The hallways could be cleaned more often, the carpets have animal fur.

Location - only few minutes walk to Eguisheim old town. Secure parking - on private property or underground garage. Pool - (indoor) didn't use but saw others swimming there. Quiet - bedroom is located on the other side from road, so no traffic noise during the night.

The upper kitchen kabinets are too deep and placed so low - very uncomfortable to wash the dishes, and almost impossible, when you are 1,9 m tall.

The property is beautifully landscaped and is in the perfection location, only a few minutes walk to the magical village of Eguisheim. It had a nice little pool for our 5 year old. Fabulous underground free parking with bike storage right under the property. Retrieving the key after hours was super easy. A nice balcony with a view to eat breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

We were not tracking that we needed to bring our own toilet paper. This property is a lot like an air bnb. You do have to put the linens on the beds yourself. We were okay with this but it would’ve been nice to be more prepared.

I would have very much liked to have found our bed made upon our arrival. Instead, the clean linen were provided and we had to make the bed when we arrived.

design of the balconies meant that all normal volume conversations could be heard on both sides. Laundry facilities lacking. Only one functional machine and much more expensive than the Laundromat in nearby Colmar.

The Pool is great! the personnel is kind. the location is amazing inside the town and also in Alsace area. the room has enough to stay comfortable.

The cleaning could be improved. Below the bed and in terrace dog hair. in general is clean but could be easily a perfect clean room with few more effort.

The location is lovely, with a view over the vineyards to Le Trois Chateau. The duplex apartment was perfect for our family of four. The pool was an added bonus.

Comfortable place located near Eguisheim city centre, one of the most beautiful villages in Alsace. We were in an apartment where we found ourselves as our own home.

The only thing that we found a bit dissapointing was that some of the "drugstore" things as shower soap, toilet paper, etc were insufficient for 3 people. But all the other things were ok.
