Outstanding, lovely view from the restaurant. Our hotel room was large, pleasant, and it had a huge bathroom with a shower, tub, and separate toilet room, although there was no view. The staff was exceedingly attentive, kind, and very helpful (including with our luggage up and down steep steps in the rain).

We were offered lovely welcome drinks with a beautiful view while waiting for our room to be ready, although they were on our hotel bill.

It is an Amazing location with Amazing good and service. Not cheap...but it is not meant to be cheap, it is one of the best location in the Cote Azure. In the rooms the bathroom is really amazing!

The only improvement could be ...the music...a dinner on a cliff with a view to kill for...with pop music. Should be more Cafe del Mar or similar...but it is really being picky!

Upgraded to a Suite on arrival which was pleasing. Larger room than anticipated with Terrace instead of a balcony. Stayed in room 312 which strangely is above the Presidential Suite. Small plastic bottles of water were free but anything else is at an extra cost. Very comfortable bed which can be closed off with curtains and shutter doors for total silence. Nice large bathroom with double shower & twin sinks, and a bath if desired. Enclosed toilet within bathroom has fancy toilet that really should have instructions to go with it . Needless to say views from the terrace & from most public parts of the Hotel can't be faulted.

Although the toilet was very fancy it could do with a bit more space as if you had the door closed, there wasn't a lot of room to manoeuvre.

From the moment we arrived, it was a wonderful experience. We left our car at the entrance of Eze, and the valet would take care of it and our luggage. We walked around 5 to 10 minutes up the beautiful medieval village and reached our hotel. After check-in, we were asked if we would like a welcome cocktail, to which we said yes, of course, and were guided through the restaurant into a lovely private terrace overlooking the ocean, where we enjoyed our cocktails in peace. Afterward, it was time to go to our rooms to unpack, and to our surprise, we were upgraded to a suite with two chimneys and a jacuzzi! We then went on a walk around the village to enjoy it all and returned to have a wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant, where each dish was a work of art! It was an incredible experience, and I would recommend it to any couple or family. They even had prepared a baby cot for my 2-month-old which was nice.

Breakfast was quite expensive, and they forgot some items we ordered. Also, the pillows weren't the best quality.

The location (as far as the view) was incredible! bit hard to get to, but the porters carried all our luggage, so that made it easier! the room was in a very cute little alcove. the room itself was very spacious - more like a mini apartment.

we weren't clear on how to get to the hotel so that was a bit tricky. we had to leave the car and then walk up, but that's the price for views like we had!

The staffs were friendly and super helpful! We were so lucky to get the room with the best view and speaking of view, it is just breath taking from our balcony. The space or the room was very appropriate. It is bigger and better than we expected based on the pictures that we’ve seen on the internet. The whole village is very pretty and the best part it is very private and peaceful. Lovely experience and hope to come back soon!

None, except for the fact that it is quite difficult to find cheap food and public transportation.

We spent Christmas with my family (4 adults) in this beautiful hotel, thank you for being open for the holidays! Location is really special, and the rooms are beautiful. Weather was sunny and warm and we had a lovely Christmas lunch at the balcony. Highly recommending this hotel and it's services also out of the season!

Eze is to die for! Absolutely stunning. The chateua is steeped in history and charm. Ask for the Gallery room to stay (beautiful restored old house with high ceilings and a huge bathroom and jacuzzi tub inside the walled village) and ask for a private balcony for dinner. Where you can enjoy an intimate dinner in the sky over a 400ft cliff drop overlooking wild boar with views of the Cap Ferrat Penisula. Very smiley and friendly staff. Welcome cocktail drink on arrival was a great touch as was the valet parking, for 10 euros a day it’s a total bargain considering the alternative is a park and ride 30 mins away. We will be back!

Waking up and remembering we didn’t live there and had to leave 😩 To be exceptionally critical, the tasting menu had a few too many mint flavours, 4 dishes of 7 had lashings of mint, still delicious but worth mentioning in case you aren’t a huge fan.

The views were fantastic and the room was beautiful. The hotel itself was very nice indeed and the welcome cocktail on arrival and note and rose in our room for our honeymoon was such a lovely touch. We were well looked after by the staff too and the bathroom was the best bathroom we had all holiday at any hotel.

The room rate was very expensive considering there was no breakfast included. The prices at the restaurant and at the mini bar were very very expensive. We stayed here as part of a 16 day trip for our honeymoon and the restaurant and hotel menus were the most expensive of the whole trip and we stayed at other five star hotels and other small luxury hotel of the world hotels. For example a bottle of water was 10 euros and a glass of champagne started at 30 euros. We did have a very lovely stay.
