Good location, clean modern apartment with good internal facilities.

Small things such as 1 and a half toilet rolls was all that was provided. Spare towels are extra, and considering there’s a swimming pool that seems mean. Room needs a full size mirror.

excellent location and friendly staff. Great views from the rooms, lots of parking and very clear directions. we used the laundry facilities and pool which was great after a hot walkabout the botanical garden.

the bed was incredibly old and soft. very uncomfortable could have more attention to cleanliness in the rooms minimalistic breakfast for the price

Staff was super kind and easy to communicate with, it was close to old town and the main little square (Ezé is very small). It was too cold to use the pool while we were there- we were so disappointed- but it looked beautiful. The room was comfortable and clean, wonderful shower in the bathroom. The patio had a beautiful view- all in all it was a great stay!

You could hear noise from the hallway at night- but we were so tired it was fine.

Everything was amazing. A free upgrade of the room was provided. We had nice view of the sea and the old town of Eze. The rooms in our apartment were warm and cozy. There are all necessities in case you decide to cook. Note that you are expected to leave the kitchen the way you found it, dishes cleaned and put away. Eze is way calmer than Monaco and of course less co fusing. It provides a calm and relaxing vacation.

We had a very nice stay, just 1 night. Apartment was very spacious and well appointed, would have been great for a longer stay. Onsite parking was great, even though it was a little confusing as to the location. Location was great, easy walk to everything, and nearby to restaurants and shopping. Front desk was friendly and helpful with local info.

The staff was outstanding, very polite, professional and helpful. Lady behind the reception was more than helpful in guiding us regarding things to do in the area. Our wallet was unfortunately stolen on a train to Antibes ( be careful in trains)and the reception team again helped us in filing report. The room service team led by Dora was also exceptional . Dora was very genuine and caring who was very good with our kids. Everyone went out of their way to help us. Finally, the hotel has a beautiful terrace ( with sea views)where one can enjoy alfresco breakfast! We would highly recommend the place.

Fantastic hotel with a beautiful sea view. It is located right next to the historic part of Eze and the Fragonard factory. The rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. A big advantage of the hotel is a large swimming pool and a comfortable parking lot. Breakfast is also available, although we didn't use it as we had a kitchen. There is a bakery and a grocery store next door, so shopping is not a problem. A very good place to quickly get to Monaco, Nice or Cannes. The service is very nice and helpful.

A slight problem with the internet. Quite often we lost the range and reconnecting to the network required entering the login and password each time.

Good location for trips to Monaco to see family. Well appointed flat with off street parking. We made sure we arrived before the reception left for the day, so we could get the complete run down of how the place worked.

Would have been harder to check in if we arrived after 6pm as reception closes for the day at 6pm. Was a little tricky to find the place in the dark.

The lady on reception was very helpful and kind. We arrived into Eze station at 12pm and she waited for us to arrive as reception closed at 12.30pm. View was amazing. Pool was welcomed and clean. Location was perfect. Grocery store down the road had everything we needed. Cafe's and restaurants a short walk. If you need to travel by Uber and can't get one download Bolt

Reception is only open four hours per day. In the morning 10.30am - 12.30pm and then 2.30pm and 4.30pm. We asked for more coffee sachets and towels and never received them.
