Wifi worked great. 24 hours reception. You have a gym, a children playground and a big dining room. You can buy food or coffee from the reception. Great view from the rooms. You have parking. Breakfast is acceptable, with cheese, jam, bread, coffee and juice.

Away from Strasburg and any city or supermarket. Hard to find public transport. No kitchen if you need one. A little expensive ( 86.5 euros a night)

Love the various games for people visiting and access to plates/cutlery in communal areas. Staff is very friendly. They also scrub and clean VERY thoroughly, I’ve not seen this level of cleaning at any other hotel. Everything is scrubbed down with cleaning soap and sponges.

The bathrooms need to be upgraded. They’re very clean but a bit old.

The staff was really friendly and welcoming. We had everything in our room, as requested. There were food and drinks available for us, even late at night. The check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth. Plenty of parking space in front of the hotel.

The baby cot we requested didn't have a mattress. We forgot to ask and we didn't have one at hand. However this didn't affect our experience at all. We will go back whenever we are in the area.

We booked one room for 1 adult and 2 kids (aged 9 and 11) with breakfast included. When we arrived the receptionist said breakfast for the kids was not included ?? And we were charged for this. Not much (7 euros or smth) but annoying as the reservation was crystal clear with breakfast included.

- Very good price / quality - Staff was very friendly and spoke English - Big parking - Breakfast was good - 40min from Europapark, 10min drive from a Park & Ride to Strasbourg that costs 4.2 euros for parking + tram to the centre (Elsau) - Even while it said on booking the reception closed at 22h, the reception was open 24/7

- Neighbourhood is kinda creepy - Property is pretty outdated and rooms smell smokey - Tv is so old that it couldn’t even play the movies on my usb

The location was a little remote, however you could drive 5 km by car, park and take the public tram to the city. The cost is amazing, 4,20 Euro for the parking and you get access to the public tram to the city for up to 7 persons. Train ride is about 10-15 mins. The room was small but for the price it was perfect.

The value for money! Amenities were standard but they were all there! And the fast check-in/check-out.

The hotel is next to an abandoned building and an abandoned bus, it wasn’t brightly lit either, and we arrived at night so it was slightly unnerving. Other than that, everything was good!

Staff was very welcoming and helpful, room was clean and beds were pretty comfortable. Linen is changed everyday as the cleaning is done everyday too. Breakfast is good for the price and it is ready at an early time. We did not have time to use them but facilities are available for free like a fitness room, ping pong table, baby-foot and so one, and you can buy quick food in case. Overall, for a two-star hotel, it is a good hotel.

The big negative point is the third bed in triple room. We were 3 adults in a triple room and the single bed is definitely a bed for child, not for adult. The single bed was not done, there was a dirty blanket (hair, hairs, dirt), and compared to the double bed, bed linen is not changed for the single bed... Moreover, room is too small for 3 people without any wardrobe or drawer to store personal things, therefore our things were on the floor. Last tip, air conditioning is very noisy, and we could not open the window because of the highway right next the hotel. This is a good hotel for double room, but not for triple room (or 2 adults + a child, but not for 3 adults).

Friendly helpful staff, lounge area was great to hang out in the evening (drinks, table kicker, ping-pong,..), great price for a 2-night stay :)

It's outside of town, so you need some time to get to Strasbourg (which was fine since we already knew and had a car) and it might even take a longer time to come back at night. If you take this in concern it's not really a disadvantage:)

despite the poor first impression, the hotel performs quite well: friendly staff, basic but good breakfast, comfortable beds, quiet nights - even with opened windows.

the hotel and the rooms urgently need a renovation, the AC did not work, the location is in quite a distance to the next tram station (about 20 mins by foot) and the surrounding abandoned buildings give an almost dystopian image
