Breakfast was quite good, but no bacon and sausages. Parking was good and easy, in secure garage under the hotel. Parking is not free but price is reasonable. Room was quite simple and room interior looks bit aged, but room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is good basic hotel, and was perfectly good for our one night stay. Just do not expect something fancy, you get what you pay for. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very kind and helpful staff. In 5 minutes walk there is a tram stop. Tram (A) takes you to the old city in about 15-20 minutes. The Spanish woman at the reception on 28th June helped us a lot, when we wanted to book tickets for flixbus. Thank you very much. You were really helpful and polite. The room was very clean. Very good breakfast.

We spent Christmas there and we found a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us with a nice message from the staff. That was a very nice surprise, even if I don't really drink. Downstairs you can find free tea, instant coffee and water. Safe parking was a plus too. You can also play table tennis and fußball there.

A bit far from the city center. We didn't get a receipt ( we paid cash).

Frendly staff. They provided my special request immediately right after I came to reception, even though they could reject me.

The location of the hotel was quite far from my buisiness activity over there, but there is a good connectivity with trams. But that also depends of the place where you are going to spend the most of the time in the city.

The staff did their very best to make as comfortable as possible for me and my family. I requested a special room for my parents while they are not so mobile any more (92 and 78 years old). I was very happy that my room was near my parents room, which was foreseen with all the accommodation needed.

The neighborhood was outdated and there were a lot of empty stores.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Stuff was helpful and kind. Brakfest was good. Location is really good. It is located 5 minutes walk from the tram station where is direct line to city centre and all main atractions so you are in the centre in 15, 20 minutes.

Hair dryer was terrible. It had small power and it took a lot of time to dry hair.

Really nice hotel, 30minutes walking from the bus station, 50minutes walking to the historical city center, also possible to take a tram. Quiet location, friendly stuff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast served from 06.00 till 11.00, the curtains will make your room completely dark if you need to sleep during a daytime. 10 out 10 cost vs quality. Definitely will be back here next time.

The receptionsts were very friendly and welcoming, I had smooth check-in and out. Breakfast could have been more diverse, but overall was OK, cheese selection was good.

A few staff members were not so nice, unless you spoke French, which I found weird.

I traveling allot and never seen any hotel that offered raw eggs to boil itself. Warm water and other guests will make you impossible to have hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Also no option to eat poultry salami. (No pork) this was reason no to book Ibis in Paris for my next stopover.

Young lady at check-in was very helpful and polite. Room was bright and clean. Breakfast was very good. Underground parking was extremely useful

The public areas of the hotel were a little shabby. We chose the hotel because it had a restaurant but were told on arrival that it was closed from Friday to Sunday - not sure this was evident from the booking page. AC was a bit antiquated
