Good value for money

That I wasn't informed prior that the Roosevelt is actually closed and our stay was at another hotel on the same road not a massive problem just would of saved the panic when I pulled up outside

Nice location with secure private parking for my motorcycle We enjoyed an excellent evening meal with local wine and beer served from the hotel’s restaurant

This hotel is closed. If you book here you will actually stay at Hotel Val St Hilaire - which sells for 15 euro less on booking .com This is clearly not a new arrangement, and I think it is quite cheeky to not announce the changed address ( or acknowledge the price difference) however hotel Val St Hilaire was perfectly pleasant

The notice that the stay will not be at Hotel Roosevelt but a few doors down at Hotel Val St Hilaire was small , and only in French. I missed it when first looking , and was puzzled by the shabby look of the closed front I think it was rude not to notify guests in advance for this arrangement The promised restaurant was not open at either hotel

minor complaint, but most places are the same. it was a very hot day, yet the duvet cover is a winter (all year) one. its simply to hot! please provide summer / light duvets in summer!

Room was ok, to be expected for a reasonable budget hotel. Location is nice, very close to the center and the market that we came to visit. Great fun are the swallows that have built their nests just outside of the windows.

Some of the traffic on the road was very noisy, and when closing the windows for the night the temperature and humidity in the room went up sky high. It would look better if the bird excrements would be cleaned up outside the windows; actually previous occupants of our non-smoking room had apparently used the piles as ashtray too, so there were also cigarette butts just outside the window.

It is a great location directly at the river.

Vi had booked this hotel, but when we wanted to check-in - we were told to walk to another one. The guy that showed us where to go didn't even offer to carry a bag. At the other hotel they asked if we wanted to have dinner there - when that was not the case he told us we had made a poor choice. We were actually very happy with the Auberge next door - I am sure we made the better choice.

Bathroom is very very basic (plastic cabine) Breakfast is rather poorely . Canned fruitsalad, fresh fruit was overripe, no fresh (dark) bread, Zwan sausages, ... Although there was fresh backed apple pie, the breakfast is of poor quality for this price ! The price is too high for the quality of the lodging they offer.
