We like the room itself... its enough space for 2 and the bed is really comfy :) I LOVE the breakfast :) :) :) it's simple but enough to fill the stomach in the morning and go to your journey for the day :) We arrived really early in the morning and was so tired. At first we were allowed to laze in the reception as the hotel don't do early check-in but luckily, a room was freed up and we were allowed an early check-in at 11am i think? Was so tired i could not remember exactly :) We were able to sleep in a bit before we headed out in the afternoon. So thanks for that!

The location unfortunately :( I can say we're good with checking hotel location to make sure we are booked in an easily commutable area but somehow on this hotel, i missed! it takes like 15-18mins walk to the first metro and there are buses but we couldn't figure out where to wait for them hehe. We always Uber on our way out in the morning (20-30mins to reach the Touristy places) but manage to take the metro/bus on the way back as its easier that way. The hotel is also situated in an industrial part of town so that was a surprise. But other than the location, everything else is very good :)

I was really suprised by this lovely hotel. The rooms aren't very big but spotlessly clean, beautifully laid out, nice view and super comfy beds. The bathroom was like new. Highly recommend staying here. Great self service breakfast to suit all taste with excellent coffee. Very friendly staff. Excellent value.

Location isn't great. Quite a long walk from the station in the heat. Uber was very cheap. A nicer bar would be a great addition. Only a very small selection of restaurants nearby. Bercy was gorgeous but a taxi ride away.

This is a great hotel. We checked in late at night, despite this we were greeted very politely, everything about the hotel was explained to us. The room was in excellent condition, clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable. We ordered breakfast, there was a large selection, everything was fresh and tasty. The hotel itself looks new and fresh, convenient location, and it is easy to find. I highly recommend this hotel! If we are in Paris again, we will definitely choose this hotel

The room was perfect for me, small but comfortable with every necessity needed. I honestly loved it. the only thing is that i underestimated how far the metro was but for me that i love walking, it was okay, i didn’t mind. Aside from that i loved the security and i felt very safe, even walking alone by late night. I would book this place again.

Nothing everything was cool

The room was very clean, minimalistic but good beds, amazing big screen Tv, great shower, great gentleman on the reception, very helpful, clean hotel, would happily use again. Also when you close your window it’s very dark and quiet so you can have good sleep.

The location is fine, bus 25, 325 to train station, there us a tram nearby too and the train from Bibliothèque Francois Mitterrand station takes you to Eifel tower in 20 min. The location is quite long walk if you don’t use buses. The bathroom is extremely tiny but having said that -very clean. Hotel is amazing if you are out and about all day.

When we arrived, they welcomed us very kindly! I wrote an extra message to them here on booking, as I wanted to surprise my mom with a small "happy birthday" card on her bed, and therefore asked if they could print a happy birthday inscription. After we booked the room, the gentleman working at the reception brought up an extra blanket with 6-7 "happy birthday" cards wrapped in it. It was very funny and inventive, thanks to them! Great place, the breakfast is divine, freshly baked pastries and fresh scrambled eggs! We can recommend it!

Nice, modern and clean room, with the addition of a kind staff and a good breakfast. The insides are great, and the experience has been a very positive one.

Despite being 5 minutes away from a nice part of the Seine, the location was the biggest downside. The hotel is right in front of a big factory with a couple of smoking chimneys, which do not offer a great view. While there are bus stops (but I did not find the bus lines that reliable in Paris) the closest metro station to get to the city center is some minutes of walk away from the building.

Good value for money: wifi, beds, 24hrs reception. Friendly, helpful staff. Parking 24 hours (20EUROS) nearby . Good breakfast at 10.95 Euros per person.

Industrial area. Quai d'Ivry under construction, lot of traffic. The hotel is a bit far from Metro /RER station (Ivry sur Seine /Biblioteque National), 20 min walking or by bus.

The staff were generally very friendly and the hotel itself was clean, there was a good breakfast and the rooms a good size for the location/city.

The staff were good when present but often chatting in the breakfast area leaving reception unmanned and quite slow to get up and attend to the guests. I ordered beers one night which were served at room temperatur and were flat. Never had such a bad experience. No offer to refund or offer something else. No wine was available. Really poor selection. Beer was truly disgusting.

The hotel is a 10-minute drive (uber costs about 12 euro) or 30-minute walk from Bercy Seine Railway/intercity bus station. Carrefour Ivry Sur Seine - 10-minute walk, Metro (station 'Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand', 14th line, 6 stations to Palais Garnier area) - 10-minute walk. We had a quick & easy check in (even though we arrived at 3a.m). Stuff was very helpful and professional. The room was super clean and had a liquid soap, shower gel, hair dryer, 2 bath towels and 1 foot towel. The water flow in the shower was very good. The bed was large and comfy with soft linens. The breakfast "all-you-can-eat" was fabulous for price/quality range: only for 10 euros you get coffee, natural juices (local French pears juice - my love), yogurts, cold cuts, cheeses, croissants, pastries, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, muesli, jams, various fresh fruits. I highly recommend to take a room with the breakfast. You can use the microwave in the hotel lobby free of charge. There you will also find vending machines for chocolate, water and juices. An iron can be requested at the reception.

The view from the room was on the wall of a neighboring house, but this is the specificity of this area of the city and we were not particularly embarrassed.
