I liked that it was pet friendly. The location and the room was nice n clean.

The check in time was 15.00 they were not flexible at all. Even when the rooms were ready n many people was with their luggages sitting n sleeping on the couch for hours with small kids. They did not bother n waited till 15.00 on the clock before handing over the key which i thought was very poor service. We come for a holiday and the whole day we spent sorting n waiting for the room where else we could have handed over the luggages and left out to start pur holiday. Same happened the next day when they were changing our room. We spent 3 hours waiting. So very poor service there

At first it seemed a bit far from the downtown, but on the other hand it's 5 minutes walk from the M7 metro, and in Paris if you reach the metro, the whole city is yours. The hotel itself is above my expectations, in terms of modernity and facilities. The lobby is amazing. Our room was nice, and in Paris standards it was bigger than I expected, and it was made up every day, while we were out in the city, that's a big plus.

The hotel is next to a pretty busy road, so the noise is constant, the windows can't be covered totally, so the external lighting of the building reach inside. The breakfast is boring after 2 days, it's always the same, and if the scrambeled eggs runs out 2 hours before the end of the breakfast slot, they won't make another dose. I missed some fresh vegetables from the choices as well.

The bed is really comfortable. The hotel is modern and the staff was helpful.

Extremely poor breakfast, basically only croissants with cold eggs and sausages.

That they charge me $250 Euros deposit on the Top of my $628 Euros for 3 days ! That make me very upset because it was unexpected charge that o have to paid if in front I want to keep my reservation! When I booked not one said anything about this charge, now I have to wait couple days that’s what I been told in order to get my $250 Euros back into my account! I’m in vacations with my daughter and to be honest $250 Euros is a lot for a deposit !

5-7 walk to the metro station room very clean and enough for 1 night a quite and safe hotel in a safe zone ( believe me I have stayed in Paris more than 5 times and been in hotels where people were trying my door middle in the night!!) for the money, really a nice hotel staff was speaking english and is very friendly!also very important as I have been into others hotels where I was struggling to get some information in french. breakfast was not having many options, but again for the money we paid, more than enough. the basic were offered: croissants, milk, cereal, pain au chocolat, bread, ham, cheese, pancakes

warm water wasn‘t functioning when we arrived at 23.00 our room was not having a climatisation or some machine to make some air (don‘t know if all rooms were like this, but giving the fact that you cannot open the windows either, it was quite warm in the room and no air)

The hotel is very welcoming as soon as you step in. Nice and large waiting area which makes it feel already welcoming. The rooms are average sizes. Breakfast had all the necessary for us. Staff are super nice and efficient. Checking in was very fast and easy. The gym is a Bonus.

The towels are way too small to be bath towels so that was a big no no no, besides the housekeeping were leaving only very small towels for us. Upon arrival we were told breakfast was from 6.30-10.30am. The last day we had to leave early to get to the airport and breakfast was all set at 7am.

It worth the price. The room is clean, not large not small, its space is quite enough comfortable for 2 people to stay. The breakfast menu is good, we have croissant, pancakes, bread with choices of topping. It is near bus stop, metro station, tram station to go to all the monuments of Paris.

The water was too hot but we couldn't change the heat volume. I cannot take a shower at night (or I will be boiled.). If they do not change the heat system, I won't choose to stay here next time for long vacation (I stayed here for 1 week).

Staff were very friendly, the accommodation was pretty basic. However, it was very clean. The bathroom was well lit and clean. also provided shampoo and body wash. The breakfast was great and plenty of fresh pastries every morning which was great.

There was a fuse box for the electrics in our room, it was quite noisy and would only stop making noise when we took our key card out of the card slot to turn the electric on. although the room had a decent view it was right next to a highway and meant that it was very loud when we would open the door to let fresh air in. but on the plus side, it was very quiet and next to no road noise when the door was shut and there were blackout shutters for nighttime.

The property was just 20+ minutes drive/taxi away from the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks. Just 25 minutes drive/taxi from Orly Airport. It's very easy to spot the hotel and the views from the rooms were nice! The lounge area was beautiful, comforting and relaxed! The design of the lounge are was very inviting and you could sit there waiting for a taxi, or drink and socialise. It was opposite the food area where breakfast was served which allowed guests to see everyone which was nice. The actual rooms were quaint and clean! The staff were friendly, accommodating and fun! Overall, the property was ideal and lovely.

It was lacking in room amenities such as a kettle, mugs or an iron, etc., but it had the basic toiletries (shampoo and body wash). We had originally booked for a double room and the first room we had was on the 8th floor but it was a double bed (I was travelling with my mum)- so we asked to change to one with 2 single beds - which the staff accommodated to swiftly! However, it was on a much lower level and the single beds were next to each other. The walls were too thin, you could hear people shouting and leaving their rooms from your room through the thin doors and walls.

Considering hotel rooms' size in Paris, this hotel offers quite large rooms. It must have been renovated at the recent past. Service was very good although the personnel had to deal with lots of guest every day. They were eager, polite and helpful. Metro station and tram easily to catch!

Breakfast should be better organised, it is not normal to wait for cups and plates to be cleaned. Location is good but if you travel alone keep in mind that it is quite dark and quiet in the evening.
