Spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff! Moreover, it is just a few steps to the nearest RER station named Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand, which can bring you to all the tourist attractions in Paris city including Eiffel Tower and Louvre Museum. The train can also bring you directly to Versailles! There is a grocery store right opposite the hotel, where you can purchase fruits, snacks and drinks!

Very close to the metro station. Drinks and snacks available at the front desk area. Refrigerator in the room was nice. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have a small balcony.

Not a lot of restaurants nearby. Our room didn’t seem cleaned well; stickiness on floor in sitting area and makeup/soap scum in the bathroom. Super small bathroom.

The location is excellent, minutes walk from metro and bus stations. Many ways to reach city center in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet, supermarkets and small shops are at walking distance, several cafes and restaurants nearby as well. There is a mini market just across the hotel that works until 2 am. The staff was very friendly and helpful, 24 H desk, the room was very clean and had comfortable beds. The heating was good. There is also a safe in the room. Breakfast was decent (you have everything you need). There is a coffee machine at the reception you can use for free. Altogether, it is a good value for money.

Our room was for 4 people (grownups) and there was not a suitable closet so we can unpack our things. In addition, the bathroom is not adequate. It is super tiny and sliding doors on the toilet do not close well and there is no privacy whatsoever. Hair dryer is very bad. It is very weak and blows almost cold air. It took me two hours to dry my hair which is little below shoulders.

Nice hotel in a great location. Metro/train/bus station very close. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and maintained during our stay. Have coffee and tea available at the reception during the afternoon and evening along with some sweets and cookies.

In general everything was fine. I must emphasize that the hotel does not have adequate heating when the temperatures outside are low, as they were during our stay. And if you want breakfast, have the staff sign you in right away because they usually don't have room.

the beds and pillows were so comfortable! seriously! very clean, good shower, everything you need and quite spacious too. lovely staff, great location although the metro line was down while we were there, the C train was fine.

The place was super modern and clean. There was free coffee, tea, snacks and sparkling water in the lobby. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Location was also just around the corner from the metro/RER. Great value for money!

The hotel was worth the money. The first room we stayed at was 812 or something which was in good condition. The second room 304(we moved because there was a breakage in the Windows in 812)was a different and little bit old. It was still good.

Some of the staff didn’t greet(the female staff). One female receptionist just looked at me without greeting or smiling. I tried to smile but she just looked at me which was very a odd behavior. It is okay to look at the screen but to look at customers and just stare them down, it is rude. Other members of the staff seemed very friendly. They smiled and greeted.

Booked for a 9 night stay for the Olympics, 3 adults, 1 child. Price reflected the Olympics being on, but compared to other places, acceptable. Not sure of the area pre booking, turned out to be fabulous. Very short walk to metro, friendly accommodating staff, room size good, although bathroom was tiny, yet functional. Breakfast plentiful and a free beer on arrival! Area has lots of food options and all tourist spots only a few stops away on the metro. Unlimited coffee, cake and sweets from 3pm were all included. Table football and board games in the lounge area was a nice touch. Convenient location for a trip to Disneyland Paris which was easily accessible by train. Paris and Hotel Sanso, you delivered.

Bathroom was tiny and have to be a bit of a contortionist at times. Any larger people way struggle to negotiate bathroom facilities.

Arriving in Paris in a heatwave, we were thankful for the efficient AC in the room. The blackout curtains and comfortable beds meant we slept extremely well and the breakfast was just right - plenty of good quality produce and attractive breakfast room. The staff were mostly friendly, helpful and professional. Location was excellent. Very close to metro with good access to central Paris. But also lovely local neighbourhood with authentic bistros and bars in one direction, big brand shops and restaurants in the other and attractive Bercy village and park over the river.

The bathroom was tiny and the shower difficult to step up to and into.

Waiting at the front, you could have some soda, coffee or tea with the snacks they offered. It is located in a safe neighbourhood, though a bit far from all the attractions but it is very peaceful in the area. I got a big room in the corner which is good, private and spacious. There is a small fridge in the room and a kettle.

The desk in the room can be bigger compared to the size of the room. The hotel should also provide information about the neighbourhood having 'levels' as the hotel is actually located on the other level coming from the other street. It would be useful for elderly or handicapped people to plan their route.
