Clean room and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was better than expected (read some negative reviews- but actually there was enough choice).

The location is probably not the best if you want to visit Paris. It is not so easy to get there and there are no really nice places close to the hotel. But then if you want to be closer to Paris, you easily pay double the price with less quality. So overall the value for money was very good.

Spacious, safe, modern, clean rooms with high quality facilities. There was grocery store, bakery and a Thai restaurant nearby providing additional convenience. Plenty of eating places within 5 minutes walking distance. The staff responded to additional requests during our staying very well. Very convenient to train station RER line C or Metro nearby if could bear a 10 minutes walk. The hotel is great value for money for staying in Paris for longer than a week.

It took about 30 minutes to check in. We asked if there were any problems with the booking, the reply was NO, but kept us waiting without further communication. By the end we did not get the original booked room types, we had to strongly request to get the room types booked, by the end, our groups were separated on different floors.

the staff are super friendly, location was great with a wonderful boulangerie 2 min away, the rooms are air conditioned, with a comfortable bed and a massive tv. the terrace downstairs is a wonderful place to chill.

if you don’t request for a room with a terrace in advance and ask for it upon arrival it’s an additional €30/night. the breakfast wasn’t impressive, but again there’s a wonderful boulangerie next door!

We only stayed for one night after getting to Paris late and travelling on the next day. Room was comfortable and had a terrace.

Some items missing from the kitchen area (cup and bowl) and info inside a cupboard states to let staff know as you may be charged for missing/damaged items. Also, there was a pair of ladies knickers in the garden area of the terrace? The terrace had dividing screens but was not fully closed off to the next room. This didn't bother us as we were only there overnight however people staying longer may not expect this. Hotel was in the business district area which for tourists may be a little out the way but had good bus and metro links nearby.

Excellent place, clean and situated in very quiet area which is going through a process of renovation with new buildings being built. Rooms are spacious, and very comfortable ensuites with microwave, utensils, fridge, tv...unfortunately only french channels...bus stop not far , 5.minute walk, and about 20-30minute walk to the métro. All good, highly recommended

Upon arrival, the staff were very welcoming and polite . They also done their best to accommodate us with check in as we had a small baby. The location is good for getting around Paris, with buses stopping outside and metro/train stations close by. The rooms were really clean and comfortable and I liked the way our studios connected, it was great as a bigger family to be together.

There wasn't anything to dislike, we enjoyed our stay! Only 1 cupboard was missing cups and glasses but they did do a quick turn around so we could have an early check in. This didn't impair our stay.

We stayed here during our trip to Paris & it was absolutely perfect, it was a perfectly priced stay a little outside of the centre of Paris, it was very close to many bus stations & a 20 minute walk from the main train station in the area and considering public transport is essential in Paris this makes it a desirable place to stay (I wouldn't recommend to someone wanting to stay central to Paris but if your willing to stay outside of Paris for a cheaper price and make a daily travel to paris by bus or train then it will be perfect) it's around an 1hr 30mins away from the airport but it is a relatively easy ride to get there once you figure out the transport, the staff were nice and welcoming & the apartment complex was extremely nice, the room was absolutely perfect, so extremely clean and pristine, it was so comfortable too and it felt like a little mini home during our stay, I loved the feel of an apartment more than a hotel and I couldnt recommend it enough, they had so many different facilities there too like a bar and a gym as well as breakfast and a restaurant too, there isn't anything more you could want for your stay.

Be aware of check in & check out times!! we arrived early due to our flight arriving at 10am and weren't able to check in until 3pm, so we were left to sleep, rest & wait in the lobby until then which was extremely uncomfortable and exhausting after a flight, don't assume you will be able to get early check in they are strict about checking in and out, I would advise you check your flights with the check in times to save yourself.

The hotel is beautiful. Modern and comfortable. Loved the reception hall. Looks aesthetically pleasing. I initially had a room that had an issue. The manager changed it on the spot. He was friendly and kind enough to offer me free breakfast for the duration of my stay (2 days). The sunshine in the new room was amazing. The area is well kept and clean. The bakery on the corner is a must see, there food is really good. The restaurants in the area are also very nice.

The 100 euro deposit charge and city tax upon arrival. The receptionist noted my issues with my room, twice, but failed to inform the manager and resolve it.

Good price, not a bad place, although you have to take the train a little. The hotel is fairly new and tidy. The room had all the necessary things, as well as dishes and a teapot. Around there is a bakery, a supermarket, several restaurants where you can have a delicious meal.

The room was cold... It's good that they gave me a heater at the reception, the room warmed up a bit on the third day. One more thing to note: I left my passport in the rush at the reception upon arrival. The girl who worked at the reception didn't show it to me, and even though she worked the other days, she didn't bring me my passport and didn't warn me in any way until I started looking for it myself. Good thing I remembered where I left it, because the administrator only found it an hour later, and few hours before my flight.
