Room was easy to access with a code which was good. No key. For one person, there was plenty of room. Bathroom reasonable size. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy and secure. Very short walk to the tram into town. Very easy access to the Autoroute

No restaurants nearby except fast food places. On an industrial estate. Walls are paper thin

It’s cheap- even cheaper, I found out, if you book directly with the property. It’s very basic, you get what you pay for. But clean, tidy. If you are just passing through it’s perfect as very close to the motorway.

Breakfast- well you get what you pay for. Very simple bread/ jam/ hot-cold drinks

Very convenient for motorway stopover. Secure compound. Basic but filling breakfast. Very close to Black Pearl fish restaurant which was superb

Asked about dinner and given a discount voucher for campanile - campanile restaurant closed until September as no chef - lack of co-ordination However this was a blessing as spotted Black Pearl across motorway entrance roundabout which was excellent.

The room is super comfy. With an en suite, with all the facilities I needed. It was warm enough without putting on the heating - but nice to know there is that option. I had a window with a little view. The breakfast was sufficient for a vegan. Had toast with jams, juice, black coffee, and dry cereal, not great, but at least I could eat :) The staff were very friendly, and helpful, even when there were communication issues.

Wish plant milk was offered. Honestly, the location was great for me arriving into Orleans, based on where my bus landed, but it does require a tram ride into the centre. The tram was dead easy though. If you only have a few hours exploring, this isn't for you, but if you have a long time to take the.... 30 minute journey (inc 10 minutes walking) in, and back again, this should be a decent place to stay. Not being an international hotel the staff didn't always understand English, but they really helped as best as they could

The last time l stayed in a P/Classe it was disaster, won't go into details now..l was never going to use them again, l decided l would give them another go. So everything was great compared to my previous visit.

I've always gone to Campanile for dinner,on..this occasion they were closed and had to go elsewhere which was in fact very good.

Location perfect for a stopover as just off the motorway junction. Burger King and several supermarkets, including one with a petrol station within a few minutes walk.

Breakfast room very small but we were leaving very early so it wasn’t too busy.

Flexible check-in hours, easy access to the private parking, friendly and welcoming staff at reception and cafe, good shower, comfy bed, attractive interior

Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was simple but had everything you needed.

It's minor but despite being a room for 3 we were only given 2 towels. This wouldn't have been an issue apart from reception closed at 9.

Breakfast was varied & very good

Although on arrival reception was open, the automatic check in is unnerving for us elderly people. No other complaints as very satisfied, thank you for pleasant stay.
