It can be difficult to find a hotel room that will accommodate a family of five. The room fit us in with ample room and the beds were really comfy. The reception was warm and welcoming and the hotel was clean and well presented. The garden is such a lovely bonus; offering a beautiful spot of serenity. We drove and were fortunate to find a (free) parking space just outside the hotel. We have three young children and all walked into the centre of the city without complaint(!) for dinner at a restaurant recommended by the reception staff. We really enjoyed our stay,

Nice hotel at a convenient location just near the city center. Staff is nice and polite and helpfull in finding the right spots to visit. Room was also nice (5 persons family room) although no airco present. The breakfast was affordable and was good. Besides the sweaty night, the stay was great!

The room was way too hot (temperaturen around 33 degrees celcius that period). There was no airco and the fan did not give much relief

Really close to beautiful the beautiful old town. Really comfortable beds. Cleans. Lovely staff. Breakfast was ok if you like continental. Perfect stop over and we discovered Orléans! What a hidden gem. All in all highly recommend. We will be back xx

Nothing really. The only thing I’d say is if they had a vending machine for snacks and drinks that would be really helpful.

Fabulous location and the service was excellent. Highly recommend the breakfast which was very good value. Room, including bathroom wax generously sized and very clean. Also had a coffee maker which was a real bonus.

Only available for check-in at 4pm do be aware of this if wanting to check in earlier.

Well located on quiet street, easy walk into Orleans. Large family room able to sleep 5 comfortably. Comfortable beds, large bathroom with good shower. We were lucky and got free parking on the street outside. Friendly staff. Nice garden at back.

Breakfast was nice with a good selection of continental options but it was quite expensive for 5 of us at 10 euros a head - perhaps have a lower price for children?

Rooms well supplied and comfortable, connecting rooms for a family of 4 supplied. Staff friendly and helpful, with good English to assist our lacklustre French.

Rooms were very warm, with no air conditioning. Fans were supplied in each room though.

I liked the breakfast very much. The staff was very friendly and it was clean.

There was no air condition. But during the night it was very warm, the windows stayed open. There was pretty much noise in the streets. Therefore I didn't sleep too well.

We booked a triple room with 3 single beds. The room didn't feel over-crowded. The bathroom is small but perfectly functional. The hotel is in a nice quiet location a short walk from the city centre. Breakfast was really nice too.

Goog location with nice walk to city center. Free parking in the street if you are lucky to find the place, but they do offer the next hotel parking for 5 euros a night.

Very small shower. First they gave us the room with leaking wc - and they knew about this problem! Luckely they changed the room. Breakfest is nicely served, but very simple.
