Great hotel (great stop over when traveling to the south of France), amazing pool area for a tiny exercise after being in the car for the entire day ;). The beautiful new pool was basically open the entire day. Shampoo and shower gel, towels are available in the pool area and in hotel room. In terms of food: There is a pizza place next to the hotel that was even open on Sunday, while other restaurants in the city are often closed on Sunday. The location is great.. really central. Super friendly staff! And in terms of parking: the parking area of the hotel was full when we made the booking, however there were three parking areas just outside the hotel. Very close to the hotel. Our car was packed, so we were a bit picky on the safety level of our parking spot, but parking in the street seemed very safe! It still a city, of course, but cars from all price levels were parked there. Please note that you might not be allowed to park for days. We only needed a parking spot for half a day. So when staying for multiple days, please reach out to the hotel for some advice.

Nothing, great place!!

I liked a convenient location, proximity to all the sites, shopping and dining options. It is a modern, well maintained hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Front desk is amazing, cleaning crew is top notch. Restaurant open 7/7, which is a great option in case of a bad weather or weekend arrival. Great food there as well. I visit Orleans twice a year and am planning to stay there again.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The proximity of the tramway was great, so was the parking on site. I enjoyed the pool/sauna area very much. The staff was very nice and helpful. The onsite restaurant was a great option for continuous restauration.

The bed was a little small for 2 large people. The area is close to the train station and a lot of people were gathering at night close to the hotel - which isn't the most reassuring at times. The shower floor was slippery and could benefit from an anti-slipping liner.

Excellent location and really friendly helpful staff. Stayed 1 night as a stopover to the south. We had an interconnecting family room which worked well and was well equipped and very clean, we didn’t eat in the hotel as lots of places to choose from on your doorstep. We also didn’t use any facilities but there is a pool and gym. Location excellent, bit tricky to get to in car (via bollards just near hotel that need to be dropped via intercom) just off the road. Secure car park available underneath hotel, very tight but manageable and again worth it. I would definitely use this hotel again and would recommend it.

Beds a bit hard

Great location across road from Gare de Orleans. This is a lovely town for a 1-2 night stay and Novotel is very well situated on the town square, shops, close to attractions such as as the Cathedral, Joan of Arc statue and her house etc. also close to many shops. Rooms are basic but have all the necessary amenities. The hotel is clean and staff are very welcoming.

Don’t eat at the hotel as there are so many great restaurants within easy walking distance.

Ceiling was high which ia very refreshing Internet was very fast Room and bath was super clean. Breakfast and dinner available Location was very central. Many attractions are just few minutes walk away. Both receptionists were very friendly and helpful.. We were 4 and in the rooms 107 and 108. I liked the door connecting the rooms inside. Isolation of window was very strong so we did not hear nothing from outside although it is quite energetic place. Accepting dogs.🐶 Breakfast was good, especially liked the brewed tea (Brand Kusmi which I saw the shop in the city too)

Car park slots are little small to make move but ok. TV is very big and nice but only French cable channels. I was expecting Netflix and YouTube too from such a smart TV. We could only connected to our phones for playing music not screen sharing.

The hotel is just a short 5 minute walk from the train station. We had booked an executive room and we weren't disappointed. The room was large and comfortable, and we also benefitted from a large private roof terrace, which was lovely to relax on after a day sightseeing. The hotel also stocks the minibar with complimentary beer and soft drinks, which was a nice touch. It is within walking distance of all the attractions.

The swimming pool wasn't open during our stay, which was one of the reasons we chose the hotel.

The location of the hotel was great and very close to the train station when we were leaving to get our train to Paris. We got an upgrade on arrival which was a lovely surprise and the staff on the front desk were amazing. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we had a great stay here while exploring beautiful Orleans.

Great location, close to the train station and main sightseeing locations. The hotel team is very helpful and friendly, they helped with daily questions and some adjustments that needed during my stay.

It was not very clear how one can get into the garage parking. The room was good, but the bathroom was very small and uneasy to get inside, as you need to walk around the door to get in and to be able to close it. The breakfast choices had a lot of sweet and meat options, so some cheese and other savory options can be beneficial in the future.

The location of the hotel was excellent for sightseeing the historic part of Orleans. for those wishing to shop, all the main retailers have shops, modern and with the latest fashions. Breakfast was excellent, the variety of food on offer was very good.

The parking at the hotel is located in an underground garage next to the hotel, for which you have to go through a controlled bollard system. However, pre-warning of the procedure would have helped although it did not prevent us getting to the hotel.
