The quality of the room and its amenities was fantastic for the price. Everything was cozy, comfortable, and clean. I especially enjoyed the television in the room. For a solo traveler like myself, the size of the room was perfect, and the location of the hotel is situated midway between Le Vieux Port and La Plage des Minimes, both within walking distance of 20 minutes each way.

I really don't have much to say here! There wasn't a single negative aspect about my stay, except maybe some noise from another floor or the street below, but that's out of the control of the hotel staff.

A nice hotel which is about a 15-20 minute walk from the Old Port. We availed of the car park and breakfast on offer at an extra charge which was very useful. The breakfast is basic but tasty and covers all bases. The room is as escribed and was perfect for what we needed for our family stay. Aquarium is a 10-15 min walk. The bed is comfortable and the staff are on hand at all times to help if required. Would recommend and good value for money.

Have stayed at this hotel about 10 times now. Its good value for money. About 25 minute walk into town.

We booked this hotel for the underground parking. Went en-masse with lots of friends for a birthday and were told only 2 of us had parking - it needs to be reserved through the hotel which isnt stated on Booking.com. Apparently they were full up for that night and yet there were plenty of spaces when we had to move our car. Did make it quite a stressful stay as everyone had to find alternative parking.

This is a really good value hotel so the limited facilities reflect this But very good for the cost Clean and comfortable Good location as walkable into town via port Lots of cheap bars/ supermarket in area and many students - so lively area Excellent to have secure parking ( though small spaces and lots of concrete pillars, so park carefully!)

Parking easy secure underground and not bad value for 6 euro. Hotel and staff clean, efficient, and good value for money

Brecfast delayed by 30 minutes although we booked this hotel for 6.30am start which we were also told at check in however notice on canteen door in the morning said 7am due to public holiday. This wasn't great as we had to leave for a flight and had a long journey in front of us. This was annoying.

Compact, very clean room. Very good shower even if there's not a lot of room. Excellent AC and housekeeping. Plentiful breakfast. Excellent value and conveniently conveniently located and walking distance between the city and the beach at Minimes.

easy booking. helpfull reception. security 100%. m choice of local eating places.. air conditioning . possibility to walk toSt. Rochelle sights - but only if you are regular walkers. Parking nearby overnight, & daytime for 3 hrs. with French Blue parking ticket .

Enjoyed the Breakfasts. Enjoyed short walk into La Rochelle to meet friends. Using the car we visited outside La Rochelle Good car Park.

Shame Lifts were not working during our stay , except last day, as friend had walking difficulties with stairs! Room was a little bit tight. The flush mechanism on the toilet did not work very well and did not flush contents away, so fortunately you had short waste bins so we we able to put it under the basin hot water tap to flush the toilet properly.

As I like my window open at night I found it a little noisy. However that was my choice as I could have used the air con with window shut, but chose not to.

We loved the central location and the reasonably priced secure parking. The hotel was basic but well maintained. The room was of a reasonable size, the en-suite shower room was clean and hot water plentiful.

The mattress was past its best - but didn’t stop us sleeping well.
