Why I chose this hotel and it is confirmed : - It is calm and secure - Good price / quality - Nice spot with restaurants and bars - Transport : near subway n° 3 : between "Louise Michel" and "Anatole France" ; 30 min. to Champs Elysées - Salle Ravel : Music, Dance, Theater - Near nice swimming pool (not tried yet !) : "Centre Aquatique de Levallois Perret" (15 min. walk) During stay : + Nice and helpful staff

Heat wave during my stay end of summer... and no clim I know this is the case in all hotels and I don't understand : a comforter in summer ?! Why no sheets instead of a comforter ? Thanks !

The hotel was 2 minutes walk from the underground station Andole France (line 3.) There was a train every 4 minutes so easy to get around. The area around the hotel was nice with lots of restaurants, a supermarket and boulangerie. The room was small and compact as expected. It was clean and cleaned daily. The beds were comfortable and there was a small ensuite bathroom which was modern with a walk in shower. There was a TV. The staff were friendly. You could organise a book in time in advance. Breakfast was simple with a basket with croissants, pain au chocolat and baguettes i There were a couple of cereals and a drinks machine for hot drinks and a machine with water and juice. It was fresh and tasty. We had a pleasant stay.

Maybe there could be a fan for when it is hot.

Hôtel D’Anjou is an excellent property to stay in, the staff are nice and friendly. The cleaner comes in everyday to clean the room, gives extra towels and toilet rolls. The location is superb and very safe with lots of amenities around it, cafes, supermarkets, bars and some attractions too. It is also few minutes walk to Louise Michael train station. You can practically spend your whole day in the area, sightseeing, dinning and wining, and do a bit of shopping. There’s also a lift in the property that can take three people at a time.

The pillows are too flat, hence when we asked for extra pillows, the hotel only gave one extra, but there are three of us in the room. Anyone trying to book the hotel just needs to be aware, you could bring extra pillows or buy pillows from one of the shops around the area. Me and my family went at the beginning of July 2024 and it was quite warm, there was no air conditioner/ fan so we had to leave the windows open throughout our stay as it was too warm in the room. It’s a busy street as well so we could hear the noise of cars/bikes throughout the night which kind of disrupted our sleep sometimes. On our last day of leaving Paris, I saw a portable plug-in air conditioner in the nearby supermarket, I would have bought this if I saw it on the first day we got to Paris.

Stayed here with friends for 3 nights and the hotel was simply wonderful. Since we arrived in Paris late, they approved the required check-in time without any problems. David at the reception was incredibly friendly, which immediately lifted our spirits after a long drive. The location of the hotel is also great as it was easy to get to the sights and there was a metro station nearby if needed. There were also excellent bakeries and coffee shops nearby. In our room, the necessary towels and bed linen were cleaned and changed every day, for which we are sincerely grateful to the hotel staff. We were also allowed to store our suitcases for free after check-out. We will be happy to stay at this hotel on our next trip to Paris!

To start off, I had a pleasant experience at Hotel D'anjou as a solo traveler in a single room. Staff: very helpful and friendly, I reached at midnight and was greeted by reception. Location: Excellent location in a prime area, everything you might need is a 5 minute walk around, specially metro stations, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, etc... Room: clean, well designed, not noisy

- Certain items at the room were missing, like a tissue box or a small garbage bin, that were only present in the bathroom. It would improve experience if such items were provided. - Room temperature can get hot during summer, but expected given overall temperature in France is usually cold.

So what a great place. I stayed during the Paris Olympics and this was the only place I found that had not become greedy and put their prices up to some silly level. The communication throughout was excellent, lots of email contact beforehand and a warm welcome. A room that was really clean; a comfy bed, and 5 minutes walk to 2 Metro stations. A good bakery just down the road and some nice restaurants around the place. The neighbourhood was calm and it was about a 20 to 25 minute Metro ride into the centre of Paris, so well located on the umber 3 line.

The room was a bit warm but I was staying during a heatwave. Some noise from adjoining rooms but not too disturbing. The lift is small but this was also not really a problem.

I used to live nearby and can say with certainty that this is a safe, clean neighborhood with good dining options. The hotel is very close to the metro and was within short walking distance to an event we attended. Everything was very clean, the bed comfortable, with decent-sized windows to open and let air in. The staff was friendly and checking in/out very smooth. Excellent value for the money: three beds (two adults, one kid) and a bathroom for just over 100 euros is cheaper than a hostel.

The hallways and elevator are so narrow that it wouldn't really accommodate those with mobility issues, including elderly folks. (We are highly mobile and only traveled for one night with backpacks, so this wasn't an issue for us.) The shower drain in our room took a long time to drain no matter length of shower, I think it needs to be de-clogged.

This was my second time in hotel danjou and i can say that the place is much more better than the past. It is very close to the subway station and also you can walk to city center if you want a romantic walk. There are a lot of supermarkets and restorants around the hotel. I love their little clishe french breakfast, i think it is quiet enough. Employers are so nice, they can try to solve all your problems. The internet is fast and the place is clean.

No fridges in the rooms

The furniture was quite new, definetely renovated recently. The bathroom was quite nice to use and the bed were comfortable. Location very near to the underground to visit Paris and several bars and restaurants.

The space in the room is limited, very narrow corridors, so if you have any mobility problem I can´t recommend it. The elevator was so tinny it was stressful so we didn´t use it, also the stairs are not wider, special attention if you have big feets or heels
