Our stay was better than expected. 5 minutes to walk to metro station and maximum 0,5 hour by metro to city attractions. Quiet ant cozy neighborhood. Room is tiny and with basic appliances, but the bed was comfortable, room and bathroom clean, renovated. Our window was facing the street, but there were no noise at night. Daily room cleaning was perfect. Juice and coffee machine are available during the day. Breakfast was good - not a big variety, but enough to choose from. Yogurt in the glass jar is great selection. Staff were polite and helpful. They do not prepare a take away breakfast pack if you check out early morning, but coffee, juice, cupcakes and fruit were available for us to eat at the hotel before leaving. The inner yard has potential which could add value to this place, for example, some plants, furniture and etc. could be added.

room was clean, breakfast was good, and having tea coffee available free of additional charge was an big plus as I was feeling under the weather and the warm beverages were very welcome.

City noises are a given when you stay in in city but I was unprepared for the garbage/recycling trucks at night. The manager was super responsive and moved me to another room which I very much appreciated. The staff was very good at what they did and I am glad to share that I felt heard and very safe there.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, making for a comfortable and pleasant experience. Additionally, the location is excellent, conveniently situated near the subway station, which made it easy to explore the city. Highly recommended!

While my stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, I found the rooms to be quite small. It would be great if they could offer more spacious accommodations for added comfort.

Small room but for the money it’s really valuable

it was a short walk to the Metro which then gave easy access to the Paris attractions we wished to see. Buffet breakfast was good, and the staff helpful.

It was rather warm during our stay, and because of regulations the air con could not be turned on until the day of departure. we could open the windows, but being a mix of businesses and residential, there was road and people noise to late night resuming again early morning.

Very nice neighborhood, kind and helpful staff, comfortable bed, peaceful at night, clean. Supermarket across the street. Metro nearby.

The pillows were bad. It was a negative surprise that we had to pay additional 20 euros in city tax which apparently they started charging it in january but that is not the hotels fault at all.

Great location close to bars and public transport. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. 'Continental' breakfast more than adequate. Room very clean.

More towels in the bathroom please. Room a little small I suppose. The area is very nice and quiet not necessarily for those looking for nightlife!

Good room. Very comfy beds. Free great coffee and juice avalilable, also mini croissants , it made the day better. Very friendly staff. Nice inner yard where we could smoke (very important). Very clean and cozy.

I would have liked a late breakfast maybe until 11:00am.

It was difficult to communicate with one administrator who didn’t understand correctly any requests in English language. We could get help only when (more senior as it seemed to us) staff member was in place.

The staff is very very friendly! Ibrahim in general was fantabulous! Breakfast amazing, clean, easy to reach anywhere! Recommended, recommended, recommended and again recommended. For a short trip to Paris it couldnt be better option on a budget!
