Small, cozy hotel in the centre of Lille. The staff were all extremely kind and competent. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. There was 24/7 reception, room service, a breakfast buffet out of this world and the staff is very eager to help and get you anything you want. Very nice touch: the minibar was free. The mattrass and pillow case were excellent, and the hotel is calm. There are 6 floors but you don't hear anything when you're in your room. Everything was in walking distance, the grand place, the Christmas market, cathedral etc.. It's situated in a good part of town with a garage. 18 euros/day wich is reasonable given the price on the streets and you have the safety of a closed garage. All in all we'll certainly come back here.

Nothing, but just an observation: I asked for a deluxe room, thinking it was above a standard room as in many other hotels. But here, the deluxe is a standard room, so smaller than I thought. Just enough space for the two of us. Just be warned, if you want some more space, upgrade!

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The level of service was outstanding, with the team being the most efficient and effective we have ever encountered in the hotel business. They were incredibly helpful, pleasant, and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel's condition was excellent, and its location was perfect—centrally situated and within walking distance of everything. Parking was readily available, accessible, and conveniently nearby.

The price was a bit high, but we received numerous complimentary perks that made the cost more justifiable.

We were greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home (and the cookies/lemonade were a nice arrival treat). Their friendliness and helpfulness truly stood out throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the ease of parking. Finding parking can often be a hassle, but not here. The hotel provided convenient parking options, which was greatly appreciated and madeo our visit even more enjoyable travelling with two young children and a baby. The hotel's location is another major plus point. Situated close to central Lille, it was just a short stroll away from the main square and all the bustling attractions. Being able to explore the city on foot made our stay even more memorable. Although I encountered a minor issue with the room's ventilation, the staff swiftly addressed it, demonstrating their commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. Their prompt response and efficient handling of the situation further exemplified their dedication to customer satisfaction. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Lille to anyone visiting the area. With its great staff, convenient parking, and prime location, it's the perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers alike. I'm already looking forward to my next stay and eagerly anticipate another fantastic experience.

The room was lovely and accommodating. Staff were very helpful and met our needs quickly and professionally. This stay was not planned (our train through to Bruges was cancelled and we needed someplace to stay last minute).

There were some things left in the room meant for another guest (not us), with his name on a card from the hotel and some gift items that had been given to him, which he left behind. Food options for a lite supper were disappointing, we ate elsewhere.

We had a family room. The experience was really nice. Breakfast was just good, not too many choices but good enough. The room was very clean and I must say that I love the attention for the little things, for example the towels of the kids were folded as an elephant, and every kid received a small bag with cards game. The location is great and right in the city center . We enjoyed our stay

All the roads to the hotel were blocked because of the gay pride . If we would just know about it in advance, we could have saved more than an hour… but except that everything was great

The room was absolutely outstanding with a superb terrace. Location wise, the hotel is in the perfect spot... 2 minutes walk from the Grand Place with dozens of restaurants nearby. Handy little car park as well which was secure and convenient. We enjoyed a breakfast onsite as well, which was well thought out. A tasty selection for all palates. And finally, incredibly helpful and friendly staff who were more than happy to compensate for my appalling French!

Air conditioning didn't really work, but luckily it wasn't too hot outside, so we relied on good old fashioned windows!

Breakfast presentation was somewhat cramped particularly where the coffee machine was located over the bread offerings.. Would have liked a kettle in the room for making tea. No instructions on how to operate the coffee machine.

The reception staff are so friendly and helpful. We were visiting for the rugby and they left us a rugby themed goodie bag in our room with crepes, beer, a hat, sunglasses and a tote bag it was a lovely gesture. The bed was super comfy, the shower had a rainforest shower head and L'Occtaine toiletries which are very luxurious and the free drinks and snacks in the mini bar kept us going. I would highly recommend and would happily stay again.

There was nothing not to like.

Everything was perfect the staffs were soo friendly. tho I couldn't speak or understand French properly but they explain any questions or anything i asked in English for me.nice lactation.nice restaurants around few minutes walk to the centre of Lille .Private parking 18€ per day.Rooms looks nicer in real than on the photos. bigger bathroom.cleaning woman was soo nice.spend 3 days and had 3 coins for free cocktails. Honestly one of the best hotels I have been in my life 👍🏾

The hotel is situated close to the city center with a nice restaurant nearby and the tourist spots within walking distance. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable with good firm cushions. The shower had a good temperature and had a easy place to keep the environmentally friendly soap end shampoo bars. The breakfast had excellent croissants and baguettes.

The bed was only 160cm instead of the 180 in the room description. The bathroom itself was quite small and less usable with two people. The breakfast room was too small for the number of people who wanted to have breakfast and the buffet was quite scarce. For example, there was only a choice of, cold, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, no fried eggs or omelets, and only two choices of meat.
