We had an apartment on the top floor in the corner and it was lovely and quiet. The apartment was spotless on arrival. It was nice to be welcomed on arrival at reception. There is a room for rubbish on each floor so you can get rid of anything during the stay very easily. There is a laundry downstairs, although we did not use that. You could have breakfast there if you wanted. I liked having a separate toilet from the shower room. There was a hob and microwave for cooking, and a dishwasher. There was a boulangerie opposite and a supermarket about 5 minutes away. Wonderful location, very central so you could walk to most places. The metro was very close, and the tourist office just round the corner!

The only thing I would have liked was an oven as well as the hob and microwave, but I think that it is quite common not to have an oven in holiday apartments.

A warm welcome and a lovely atmosphere, very good breakfast and service were excellent. The room was clean and well appointed with an outside opening window. The common areas were clean and well thought through with ample resources on loan. complementary drinks and filtered water were very welcome. the Kitchenette was a very welcome and well-appointed resource.

the room (101) was smaller than expected, we were looking for a room with an area to sit and read but the two seats were not comfortable for that purpose, we sometimes ate in the room and wanted to sit together but the seats were not the same height! The bathroom was well appointed but needed a place to hand the handtowel by the wash basin. The shower could have been improved with a hook close to the shower door so that the towels were easy to reach after showering. The room had a well-appointed kitchen but was missing a bread/chopping board. With electronic gadgets such as mobile phones and tablets the room could benefit from USB slots on the sockets. eg https://www.leishengroup.com/Productshow-96-825.html the air con and fan controls were not working and it was a hot 38C!

I have stayed in this hotel on multiple occasions, and when I am in Lille for work I generally try to stay here whenever available. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the facilities are comfortable, and it is only a short walk away from the city center which is convenient. This last time we stayed in a one bedroom and we also brought our dog along, the property is quite dog friendly, which was a pleasant surprise. The wifi also works well in case you plan to work during your stay. I recommend this hotel for a short or medium term stay.

What a find! Location is perfect for getting everywhere by foot or near to transport links. Staff are fantastic. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment for 3 nights. First thing that struck us was how spacious it was for 2 adults, a teenager and toddler in a cot. The rooms are finished to a high standard and very quiet. Kitchen is well stocked and anything else you need can be got from reception. We didn't have breakfast here but it did look good. Free hot drinks 24*7 is certainly a great bonus. Whole place is very secure too. Will definitely return.

Loved it all

Easy to find, the location is perfect! (No private parking but some are nearby) The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of things to do in the hotel like playing pool table or boardgame (you can bring them to your room so it’s really nice). We asked for a late check out (one hour later) and we were very pleased that it was possible and they did not charge us for that. Really appreciated (Otherwise it is 50€ until 5pm). The room was quiet, clean and everything you need was there. Shower was big and nice. I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

The bed in our room was actually a sofa bed so pretty uncomfortable. The couch you see in the picture is the bed, which was confusing in the pictures. In some of the pictures, there are real bed so maybe you need to ask for it, but if it’s the case, it’s not clearly advertised (there was no mention of a sofa in the booking, only the choice between 2 singles or a double bed). Everything was great but wouldn’t go back to this specific room just because of the bed. Some of the glasses were full of limescale, it might time to either wash them really good or change them altogether.

The staff are friendly and approachable. As per our request, we were allocated a quiet room with lots of natural light on 4th floor. Our one-bedroom apartment had a comfortable firm King Size Bed (2 x singles joined together). Excellent shower, adequate kitchen equipment, windows that can open. There are items you can borrow from Reception, it's worth considering these at the beginning of visit e.g. vacuum cleaner, yoga mat. It was hot during our visit to Lille in early June, definitely consider bringing mosquito repellant for evenings.

The sofa and rug could be replaced at some stage, showing signs of wear and tear, nothing serious. We find that in France, pillows are often made from a filling that feels like chopped foam. Guests who like a supportive pillow may need to consider alternatives.

The aparthotel was in a brilliant location, walking distance from everything even EuroLille station. Amazing patisserie just around the corner, restaurants a couple of minutes walk away. Lovely and clean. Big enough for a family of four. Quiet and not a sound from other rooms, couldn't hear anything! Staff were friendly and helpful.

My only complaint would be that you only got one pillow. I didn't ask for a second one, so it might have been possible but it is always nice to have two pillows to sleep on. Otherwise, it is fabulous.

This apartment hotel is centrally located in Lille, ideal for getting around the centre for shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times (even giving us a booklet on restaurants and sights in the vicinity). There is a small store in the lobby where one can buy essentials such as water, as well as pre-prepared food and other items. There are also shelves with various items (such as a citrus press, toaster, skateboard, children's bike, board games, etc.) that one can borrow during one's stay. We did not have breakfast, however, tea, water and coffee are all free of charge at all times so it was great to be able to fill our water bottles and to grab a tea or coffee (also to take up to our room) whenever we wanted to. The room itself was spacious, clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was stocked with all essential kitchen items so we were able to have some meals in the room.

Room cleaning is only once a week and since we stayed one week, the room was not cleaned during that time. A clean once during our stay would have been nice.

Engaged, polite, friendly, and efficient staff were very helpful with any needs. The location is good, although neither on Grande Place nor in a trendy part of town. All rooms open onto various garden courtyards so it is very quiet. The city of Lille is very pretty and very vibrant, and this hotel was convenient for exploration of the city and region.

Uncomfortable bed. The bed was a fold out sleeper bed, so it had the characteristic dip and springs of that kind of bed. Furthermore, the mattress was thin. The stove only heated to low temperature (couldn’t cook anything). People in courtyard speaking loudly (the other garden courtyards would not have that issue). Very corporate vibe (part of a French hotel chain).

Staff in general (see also note below). Location. Room.

Breakfast was fine, even if quite standard. However, breakfast was supposed to end at 11 am and at 10.45 staff were already cleaning the tables and not replacing the (scarce) remaining food. So, in practice, breakfast finishes around 10.35 and damned be the ones who decided to just arrive at , say, 10.55. Maybe management should start informing customers in the future that the end time for breakfast does NOT REALLY mean 11am but something like 10.45 and if you are not an early bird, well, you just got to be satisfied with the leftovers and say nothing to staff. They will not understand.
