First of all, the location of Citadine was superb convenient to reach to the office and anywhere else, in general, concept of hotel nearby train station didn't give a good impression, in terms of security or cleanness, but Citadine broke my perception. The location is convenient, safe and room was spacious, in addition, attentive staffs with smile (especially I appreciate Muriel and Vincent who provided me all the info I needed and made my staying more special and comfortable)! merci beaucoup!!

Just if you are using laundry facility, you need to take right hand side of lift!

The location is AMAZING! Super central and nextdoor to the westfield mall. Everything withing walking distance (shopping, restaurants, station, etc). Lovely staff and very helpful. Surprisingly spacious room with kitchen amenities. On-site parking was easy to navigate. It’s also surprisingly quiet at night given the central location and the beds were beyond comfortable!

Only 1 set of toiletries and no coffee/tea etc in the room (but water boiler is there and other kitchen utensils). There was also a free coffee machine in the lobby I suppose :) Older building so little scuffs here and there, but overall very clean.

The location was amazing and rooms were quite big and spacious and had a lovely view (we were on 10th floor) of the city center and we had a lovely view of the sunset as well. We also liked how there was a kitchenette area, so we could buy food back and chill out in the room. It was also quite good value for money. The location was also amazing and super close to the Eurostar

The rooms were a bit tired- the mattress had this dodgy red looking stain on it, the bathroom had this damp musky smell and some of the railings were falling apart, which is a shame otherwise I would have given it a 10.

The hotel is in a very central location with easy access to the city centre. It is located next to a large shopping centre and within a 5 min walk of the train station. Their parking is close and accessible via the lift. All this was very handy as were there for the Braiderie. We were upgraded to a 1 bed apartment which was wonderful as we needed work remotely one of the days so the extra space was much appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable and the kitchenette was well equipped.

No complaints.

Great location, just by Westfield and the train stations. 7min walk to get the Eurostar. Close to restaurants and shops. We stayed on the 11th floor and had great views of the city. We appreciate that luggage could be stored before checkin and after checkout.

Room was really warm and no means to adjust temperature in the room. You can hear neighbours, we were staying one night so wasn’t a biggie.

Location- so near the train station and the big mall, and an easy walk to city centre. Room was spacious with ample space and storage; had a comfortable and quiet stay. No aircon, but there was a strong fan in the room; also window could be opened for ventilation when needed. The kitchenette had everything we needed to make simple meal/store food and drinks bought from big Carrefour nearby. Hot drinks available from 1st storey anytime every day. Easy and efficient check-in and out, and storage of luggage after check-out.

Fantastic views of the city. Very good spacious room with kitchenette, including a dishwasher. Right in the heart of the city and between the 2 train stations we needed. We were able to walk around the old city, and there was also a huge modern shopping mall just behind the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful with lots of information about what to do in the city.

It was unusually hot when we were there, and there wasn't air conditioning, but there was a fan in the room and the window opened well.

The location was perfect for us - very near the Eurostar terminal and near the old city centre. It was also quiet which was important on the noisy weekend of the Braderie!

There wasn't a lot of comfortable seating in the living area. The sofa was not the most luxurious though it turned into a comfortable and large double bed. There were only 3 mugs - this would have been a problem if there had been four of us! The flush on the toilet had a problem but this was dealt with efficiently.

Kitchen was very nice, clean and complete. Shower room was very nice, toilet room did not have a sink in it and this is quite unusual for me, and l washed my hands in the kitchen. I slept well. The location was excellent as l walked from the train station, and was able to buy supplies from the nearby grocery store.

It’s odd to me that the room with the toilet did not have a sink for washing hands. But, l put soap at the kitchen sink and that worked well.

the views from the 11th floor were wonderful, very central location for LilleEurope and Gare Lille Flandres. The room had absolutely everything including kettle , iron and ironing board, well equipped kitchen. Good breakfast-and free coffee and tea all da.y

A little inconvenient that there was no wash basin in toilet, had to walk around to bathroom to wash hands.
