+ A good price overall. + Very decent breakfast. + We showed up early at 11 am to leave our luggage there before visiting the city, and they gave us a room straight away. Even though it's a "budget" line you are still treated very nicely! (e.g. unlike low-cost plane companies) + Not far from the two train stations (10 minutes with luggage and a 4 yo child), very close to the city center. + I often go with the Ibis Budget line and I am seldom disappointed.

- The coffee machine for breakfast was broken, I hope it will get fixed soon! - This is a budget hotel so the room is a bit small, but that's to be expected! - We had booked for two adults and a child, but the room was only ready for two people so we had to get a "third person pack" at the reception, including bed furniture that we had to put ourselves.

The location of the hotel is excellent, about fifteen minutes walk from Lille Europe train station, it is literally just around the corner from Vieux Lille with numerous good bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk, also a surving gate and fortification walls are a few minutes walk away. The hotel rooms are simply equipped, the beds are comfortable and the shower is reasonably powerful with plenty of hot water at all times. The staff were pleasant, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was simple but filling.

The breakfast choice could be a bit bigger. If you have a road facing room the bin men coming round at about 0500hr isn't great! Not the hotels fault but be aware if you are a light sleeper.

Perfectly located for the city centre. The staff were lovely. The rooms were lovely and clean, with modern decorations. As with most budget hotels no A/C, and last nights 35 degrees had us melting. Love the shampoo, could happily have that at home!! Definitely, a hotel that was cheap to stay in, clean and perfectly located!

No A/C but it is a budget hotel and northern France isn’t known for such high temperatures!

The rooms, entrance lobby, and halls were very well maintained. The room had good lighting, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and a good number of charging points.

The room was quite tiny and without any air conditioner (not an issue during winters), but given the budget, these are trivial complaints.

Fantastic hotel experience. Reception was very helpful. Room was the perfect size, and was well heated. Internal parking was very convenient Location is amazing ! Very close to the city centre...6 minutes by foot. And breakfast was perfect. We are already looking forward to coming back

Very clean, comfortable hotel. It is basic but good value for money. Staff were excellent, had a minor problem with one of the rooms and they instantly changed the room for us. Excellent breakfast. Convenient parking underground.

Although it was only a short walk to town, the location itself felt run down.

The weather was really hot this weekend - no fans in the room . Had to keep window open but then you can hear all the partygoers outside walking around in the middle of the night / early hours of the morning.

Location was good, I love the bed and the lights you can control from the bed, comfortable table chair, tv, hot shower, looks great, it's all you need. It helped me out with my new start in this country ;)

A bit of mould in the ceiling of the bathroom but understandable so because the showers can get nice, hot and steamy

Clearly a budget hotel, but it is reasonable for the price. The room is small, but good enough to spend a night. Nice and clean bathroom, underground parking, good location next to the city center. Very welcoming and helpful staff.

The location is great Rooms are clean We were sceptical because of the reviews but the hotel is clean, silent and the location is perfect so checked all our boxes.
