The receptionists are very nice. Just need to go through the parking from the other exit of the train station, then you can arrive at the hotel easily. Parking is easy too. Though it is close to the train station, we didn't hear so much noises from outside. Our train for the next day was at 6am, so we left the hotel at 5:30am without any security problems.

There is no laundry service and the room is a bit small for 2 adults.

Location-just across the parking lot from Benedictins station. The staff- from Alexandre at the front desk who could not have been friendlier and accomodating to the friendly room attendant. Ease of check-in ( 1 minute) , the excellent breakfast, and the electric black-out window shade. Beds were excellent and the place was very clean throughout. And no, I am not related to the owner, I was just very pleasantly surprised as we have stayed at other hotels next to the station and were always disappointed.

Excellent value, clean, everything we needed. The staff were lovely, very patient and helpful ( they let us check in a little earlier with no extra cost). It was quiet. Beds comfortable, nice shower. Didn't have time for breakfast so I can't rate that.

It's a bit tricky to find the way to get to the hotel , one set of steps was closed so we walked the long way round, once we got to the hotel we worked out you could walk through the railway station.

It was great to have a twin bed room so that my Father and I had somewhere to stay whilst on holiday together. The room had very comfy beds, great aircon, the shower pressure was brilliant and the internet connection was great.

As the bedroom we were in was over the main entrance on the first floor, we needed to close the blind every time we needed a little privacy. A curtain as well would have been great.

Magnificent view of the historic and impressive rail station. Would have liked to approach it along the equally ancient bridge but it's my mistake not to enquire and take the time to do the scenic walk. Very nice and helpful and welcoming staff. Friendly, clean, spacious modern hotel with excellent facilities. Perfect location for continuing a journey by train. Fairly central. .

hi I enjoyed staying there very clean and everything I needed and you can check in earlier and check out later I didn't feel rushed ,and needed to rest before my flight ,the girls on reception were very helpful ,but please note there was a check in system at the entrance but it was out of order but the , reception girls were there from 2,30 pm so all was well,and it's near train station and taxis nice places to see the cathedral and walk by the river the historical part very nice,I enjoyed my stay there ,many thanks Richard

The room was spacious and a short walk from the centre of town. Secure underground parking. The staff were very helpful, especially when the air conditioning stopped working and the room was changed without a problem.

The underground parking is limited spaces, the outside parking even less space. The air conditioning was not working in the room.

I didn't take breakfast because I left before 6:30. The room far exceeded my expectations because it was much roomier than other budget places I have stayed in. In particular, the bathroom with walk in shower was spotless and there were plenty of snow white towels.

I can't think of anything negative

We were very impressed by the good maintenance and upkeep of the hotel in general. The room, although a little small, was exactly as described and very comfortable throughout with the air con system. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a great little outdoor terrace area for relaxing.

Comfortable beds, wonderful showers, breakfast is good value, quiet.

The staff member when I arrived late at night was very kind and clearly enjoyed his job. The staff member in the morning would barely speak to me, didn't make eye contact and I felt like I was a burden. Literally everything else was perfect.
