Great location and not just for the train station, just a few minutes walk into the city centre. It has parking underground, but is a little small and snug - ok if your car isn't huge. The rooms were a good size, very comfy and clean. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and a good range of food and drink. The staff were very friendly and efficient. There was a restaurant attached, literally two steps from the lift - extremely convenient! We ate there on 3 of the nights and had something different each time and each dish was delicious and good value.

There really wasn't anything I wasn't happy with.

Size of family room. The bed was large. Choice of pillows. Aircon. View of the famous railway station at night. The Distance to town was mins walk. Small charge for secure parking. Cafe/bar onsite as well as a very good restaurant which we enjoyed an evening meal of brioche burgers with fresh mince meat (we only stayed one night) the quality was exceptional. We were able to check in on arrival even though we booked last min.

The Bed was a little firm for our liking but that's just our preference. The Thick duvet in heat of 34+ degrees. Aircon seemed to be set at one temperature 24 degrees.

Room was quiet and reasonable size, bed was comfortable, had a good nights sleep, our room overlooked the railway station, didn’t hear any trains. Breakfast was very nice, staff were very friendly and helpful. May well stop there on the way back. The restaurant was superb, we had burger and chips, it was delicious and well presented on the plate. They had private parking for €7. There is a big car park out side of hotel if you prefer, I think it was €9.40 for 24hrs. The town is about a 10 minute walk up hill.

Akexandr he was sooo kind! We stranded with our car in the middle of the night and although it was extremely busy due to the tour the France he helped us with everything … managed a room .. brought us a coffee exactly what you need at such a time .. the bed was soo comfortable the room was clean and very quite … perfect !!! It was near the railway station where we could hire a car and near the city to eat something

Bath in room, always a bonus. Comfy bed. Great location and good value for money.

Drains weren’t great. Water barely drained from sink, toilets barely flush. No water bottles in room, but thought it might be standard for all hotels in this price bracket. If it’s an eco thing, then fair enough, but at least a glass carafe, in this case. Aircon not great, or easy to operate.

the staff on reception were very friendly on the night we arrived and the next morning. The room was spotless and we had a great sleep after a long drive from Cherbourg. It was the biggest room we have stayed in to date in France and was spotless. The only thing missing was a kettle and cups for coffee. We will DEFINITLEY stay again as we travel through France to the ferry a few times a year. Thanks to the staff for having a lovely clean and comfortable hotel.

Just the lack of tea or coffee making facilities

I liked everything. The bedroom was a good size with an en-suite bathroom. The bed was large and comfortable. Tea making facilities too. Quiet and air conditioned. There was a bar, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed for a few weeks, but I had been forewarned by the hotel and came prepared.

The staff were just SO friendly and helpful. All of them. They went way beyond. From coffee in the evening and directions around town with a history lesson. Made me wish we were staying longer. Will return. Everything comfy. Everything clean. The breakfast was extraordinarily good. Really. Best I’ve had in years! 10 out of 10. Thank you ALL staff.

Location in an unattractive area near the station, however the hotel itself is very smart, the breakfast good and there is underground parking available

Great Location - short walk into town and very close to the train station (if you happen to be arriving by train!) Parking was easy as there's a large car part for the train station opposite! (although it's not a free car park) nice, modern & clean room and a great sized comfortable bed. We asked the staff if they would be able to reserve a spot at a local restaurant too and they were very helpful in doing this (La Gondole - one of the best Italian restaurants I've personally been to for a long time! really nice experience)

Only one pillow on each side of the bed, and no other ones in the wardrobe, but the hotel was accommodating in getting me an additional pillow (nothing major)
