This is not a first time to stay in alba every things was ok We stay group of 13 . Room 715 and 718 was good as we expect from last time stay.

But i am not like the room 623 its noisy from the water line And bathroom toilets are old dated. Not clean that much like 715 and 718

The hotels location was very good, Away from the hustle and bustle yet only a short and very pleasant 10-15 minute walk along the river to the centre. The restaurant was excellent to with a good selection of traditional food. The waiting staff were legendary and we had a few laughs with them teaching me French. All of the staff were very pleasant and attentive. Finally the bed was massive and very comfortable. Three pillows wide.

There were two things that I thought could have been done better. Having said this, these are only very small issues. 1. There was no tea and coffee provided in the room. I really missed this in the morning and evening. Although mentioning this to people from other hotels they were the same. 2. I also think that for the price, breakfast should have been included.

The location was perfect for our main visit and quite from the rush of cars and walkers. Parking my car was secure and behind hotel at a very reasonable price per day. On arrival, reception greeted us with great respect and informed us on the hotel facilities provided. Room had a view of the river, very clean, modern and spacious. Breakfast serviced at the first floor with a large variety of options i.e. English and Continental. Evening meal very reasonable priced and very taste full, in fact we preferred to eat at the hotel than rather other outside place. All staff speak a variety of languages including English. Overall, all staff at reception, breakfast and dining area, serviced us with a smile and a feeling of friends whom you know for some time.

Friendly, accommodating and efficient Hotel Staff. We came across this Hotel by accident as the one that we had booked for the night appeared closed and derelict (might be wrong). This is a functional hotel with a set course dinner menu but given the large number of guests being accommodated was a smooth seamless operation and the food was good too.

Nothing to report. A good efficiently run Hotel catering for the local demands of the town.

The hotel was tastfully decorated, clean,spacious bedrooms, well equipped bathroom , friendly and efficient staff, tasty breakfast, huge choice and overall good value for money.. We were highly impressed with the Alba hotel and would definitely stay here again

No chance of early check in, emailed months previously to inquire. Had to leave extremely early on check out day, so would have liked a bit of compromise of check in.

Friendly staff, peaceful place and good food. From the airport to the hotel 25 min,3 euro per person, every flight has a dedicated bus, very convenient,so don't worry if you don't see any bus at the terminal it's on the way to get you, also when you leave you have a dedicated bus for your flight, from the hotel to bus station almost 2 min walk.

Not enough time to visit everything! You will need more than 2 days

Excellent bike storage facilities, secure basement parking area and separate lockable rooms to store bikes in. Very helpful staff. Great base for cycling in the Pyrenees.

There was no a la carte evening menu in the restaurant, although this is understandable as the hotel typically caters for big groups. There are plenty of other options for eating nearby as an alternative to the prix fixe.

Nice modern bedroom. Comfortable bed. Easy parking at back of hotel. Big bar with very nice bar maid. The food in restaurant was very good (we had a la carte), pleasant staff serving. Nice outdoor terrace. Always stay here now.

Bit of a mix up about cleaning on our last day of 3. Had to ask for towels, received no gels.

The Alba hotel is located on the Avenue du Paradis overlooking the Ousse river, the Sanctuary of Notre-Dame de Lourdes is within 10 minutes by foot. It is therefore perfect for visiting the Grotto or the downtown area. We particularly enjoyed the warm welcome of the staff and their attentiveness. We were traveling with a baby but forgot to request the cot in advance, the hotel had nevertheless prepared the room accordingly upon seeing our type of reservation. The hotel has its own private (paying) parking, however the staff was happy to give us instructions about free parking possibilities just besides the building. The Alba is clean and spacious. Our room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our one-night stay. We particularly enjoyed the shower, perfect for a relaxing moment after a long day of driving. We were just passing by for one night and this hotel was the perfect choice. We would happily return for a one or more nights stay.

The Wifi is super slow and not very reliable. The breakfast is just ok.

Friendly staff. Flexible and supportive. When our car broke down we had to extent out stay for further 3bdays and staff helped us to strain the same room by making arrqngemwnys though they were almost fully booked .
