Excellent location, very close to Lourdes Sanctuary. Hotel room was very large, with plenty of storage space. Air conditioning was very effective. Bath tub was an unexpected bonus! Restaurant has lots of choice. Check in and check out staff were very professional.

WiFi signal only worked immediately inside the bedroom door, which was an inconvenience. I reported this to reception on first evening of my stay, but the problem was not resolved. Parking Garage entrance is located in a very narrow pedestrian street - I think my car was too large to drive in (or perhaps I lacked courage!), so I opted for an alternative free car park 450m from the hotel.

We actually took an apartment for 4 of us but it slept 6. It was ideal for us but not for a mixed group. It would suit a family big bedroom with a king size bed and a good size single small sofa and lots of storage still plenty of room. Second bed room was a set of bunk beds and a cupboard top and bottom bunk had a light and plug socket. Living room had a sofa 3 chairs tv a high breakfast bar with six chairs/stools kitchenette had fridge freezer microwave hob dishwasher with a washing machine in the bathroom We could use all hotel facilities including pool. We also had a balcony with a view of the river. Very central location. Towels supplied. We just took the local bus down from the airport for 3euros which stopped just over the bridge from hotel/apartment 3mins walk.

The bathroom was big but shower over bath you had to hold over you to wash your self. The big down side for the bathroom was you had to go through the big bedroom to use it Hense why I say would not suit a mixed bunch (No hairdryer )

The location was amazing in close proximity to the Grotto and main eating area. We did not partake in the breakfast and ate locally. Is difficult to get a substantial breakfast before 9am.The room was minimalist but extremely clean and comfortable.

Did consider taking the breakfast but it did not look like good value for money .Very expensive. We went to another hotel close by to meet up with family and for a small amount more it was an exceptional breakfast and set us up for the day.

Just one night with my daugher. Room clean, bright and comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Arranged for early check in and kept luggage for couple of hours after check-out.Good selection breakfast - maybe a little expensive at €16 each ? Pool fabulous addition . very relaxing and trnquil after a busy day. Tranquil music to relax and ther is lovely terrace to have a drink and enjoy the very. Lovely hotel to stay at and location fabulous. We were abit silly and ordered taxi last minute to airport, other people in the same situation . One group had ordered night before and when it didn't turn up got quite irate. Manager at reception and lady working with him fantastic. Manager handled it all billiantly and we could see he just wanted to ensure an arrangment was made to get everyone to the airport. He succeeded and managedany complaints wonderfully . We all got one taxi to airport and shared the bill. Manager -brilliant and great customer service. He really wanted to look after everyone and he certaintly succeeded in doing that, Total professional

Complicated air conditioning, or maybe just us?

Nice hotel and very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are dated but well maintained, very nice shower and bed comfy, and rooms have air-conditioning in warm climits. Pool is fab on the 7th floor with a fab view of the town. The hotel is in the town centre with parking, but everything u need is around you, shops, restaurants, with a short walk to the basilica and grotto. They do here mobility devices for those with walking difficulties, which is brilliant. Nice hotel would stay again.

Showers go cold only around 7 pm when the hotel is full. The pool needs a cleaning. The scum line in at the pool edge is not nice to see. Breakfast is well overpriced for what one gets, but there is lots to choose from. 16e Othe than that fab hotel.

The location was amazing in the heart of city overlooking the castle and the river. Very friendly and warm helpful staff, at front desk and breakfast room. The building is old but very clean and looks well maintained. The scramble eggs were delicious at breakfast. The Maitre D found us luckily a table by the river. It was absolutely gorgeous despite the cloudy and bit raining sky. The stunning heated swimming pool and solarium on rooftop were fantastic. Even if a bit small it is enough to refresh and have fun. My 2 young girls love it! The front desk staff allows us to remain by the pool after checkout. This was very nice. The shower and changing room next to the pool was very convenient. Thanks to this, we could enjoy to visit the sanctuary in the morning right after breakfast and chill out by the pool before continuing our journey to Betharam caves and drive back home.

Car park was full so I struggle to find a car spot at night. I was traveling on weekend trip with 2 children. Missing a complimentary bottle of water in the room. The breakfast is too expensive for what it is, no fresh cheese (we are in the Pyrenees). only cheap ham and cheese from supermarket and only awful Lipton tea bags. The choice of food was too limited, not up to a 4- star hotel. Could be really much better.

Location is perfect. 5 minutes from the sanctuary where grotto etc is. And beside the Quay with public parking. Most people arrive in tour buses so parking wasn't an issue. Hotel is marble clean bright and breakfast wad good. Boil ur own eggs was a novelty. Rooms are nice. Staff nice. WiFi good

OK it's just an issue that I was warned about. If u are driving u won't see the hotel. Use GPS then pass the hotel. Drive over bridge and turn right. Stop the car and look back and up. Hotel solitude is visible at top of its building. Continue to next bridge drive over and turn right back towards hotel. Public parking on the right.

We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights, which was just next to the hotel. Booked in advance so it was good value for the numbers travelling. Brilliant for friends or families. We had the best view of the river from the balcony and from the rooms. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the crockery we needed. Great location, close to food outlets, transport etc. Lovely shower with good hot/cold water supply and pressure. Reception staff were helpful and pleasant. We had buffet dinner one night and it was ok. Breakfast was also ok. the rooftop was nice with some seating and the pool was also pleasant. Would recommend.

The hotel provides free Wi-Fi access but this was not working for us in the apartment for some reason. Strangely, the shower room door was en-suite with bedroom 1, so to have a shower, bedroom 1 needed to be empty to have privacy. A simple curtain could help on the entrance to the shower room. Despite this, we had a wonderful stay! Would recommend.

It was a great location, very close to the Grotto. The room was lovely, it has everything you need and we were very lucky that our room had a beautiful view. The staff were excellent, we had an issue with the sink and they came and sorted it straight away. We had breakfast in the Hotel and it was very nice, they had a great selection, we also had a delicious meal on one of the nights. I will definitely return to this Hotel if staying in Lourdes again.

excellent location with friendly staff. We stayed in the apartment overseeing the river.Property was clean with all utensils.Fantastic location close to the church as well as restaurant and everything walking distance.

The bathroom did not have a door so we had to ensure no one else could go in which was a negative.Having a separate door would have helped especially having 2 separate rooms for different occupants for the apartment.
